المستخلص: للنظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي أدوات مالية إلزامية وأخرى تطوعية ومن هذه الأخيرة الوقف الذي لطالما كان ركيزة في النظام المالي الإسلامي عبر التاريخ، إذ كانت له آثاره التنموية الشاملة على الفرد والمجتمع اقتصاديا اجتماعيا وثقافيا، لكن مع تراجع أدواره بسب مختلف الظروف، ومع تزايد الاهتمام بصور جديدة للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية برزت كتابات تطرح ضرورة إعادة الاعتبار له ونشر ثقافته وتفعيله من خلال تجديد صيغه الاستثمارية، تسهم بالتعاون مع مختلف القطاعات في التطور الشامل للمجتمع.

Le système économique islamique à des outils financiers obligatoires et d'autres volontaires, parmi ces derniers le WAQF, qui a toujours été une base du système financier islamique tout au long de l'histoire, engendrant des effets très positifs sur le développement global de l'individu et de la société sur le plan économique social et culturel, mais avec le déclin de ses rôles en raison de nombreuses circonstances, et avec l'intérêt croissant aux nouvelles méthodes de développement économique et sociale, des écrits apparus exprimes la nécessité de le réhabiliter et la diffusion de sa culture et de son activation à travers le renouvellement de ces formes d’investissement, contribuent en collaboration avec les différents secteurs pour le développement global de la société.

The Islamic economic system has obligatory and voluntary financial tools, including the endowment, which has always been a pillar in the Islamic financial system throughout history, as it had comprehensive development effects on the individual and society economically, socially, and culturally. However, with the decline of its roles due to various circumstances and with the increasing interest in new forms of economic and social development, writings have emerged that suggest the need to rehabilitate it, spread its culture, and activate it through the renewal of its investment formulas, which contribute in cooperation with various sectors to the comprehensive development of society.
