المستخلص: هذا العمل يبين نتائج مسح 56 مبنى لتربية الدواجن الموجهة للاستهلاك بهدف تقييم الأداء التقني والاقتصادي للإنتاج، واستندت الدراسة على سجلات التربية والملاحظات المباشرة والاستبيانات للمنتجين التي تم الحصول عليها من منطقة الدراسة دائرة عين التوتة، وقد أظهرت تحقيقات المسح أداء إنتاجي ضعيف (4751 دجاجة لكل كوطة) مع عجز في التجهيزات وأداء ضعيف (2.65 كوطة/ سنة) بالإضافة إلى سوق غير مستقر وغياب للتخطيط، وكمتوسط وزن بيع قدره 2599 غرام خلال 54,8 يوما، فإن هذا النشاط لا يوفر سوى 28 كغ/ م2 من الإنتاجية، مع متوسط نسبة تحويل قدره (2.3)، ومكسب يومي في وزن الدجاجة (46.8 غرام)، ومتوسط معدل الوفيات (14%)، إن مؤشر الإنتاج المحقق (179) والتكاليف الباهظة للإنتاج (158دج: 1.32€) هي حرجة للغاية، وهذه المؤشرات تسمح بتحديد أهم نقاط التدخل من أجل تحسين الإنتاجية والقدرة التنافسية.

Le présent travail rapporte les résultats d'une enquête effectuée sur 56 bâtiments d’élevage poulets de chair, afin d’évaluer les performances technico-économiques de la production obtenue à la région d’étude, Daïra d’Ain Touta. L'enquête a été basée sur des fiches d'élevage, d’observations directes et aux questionnaires soumis aux producteurs. Les investigations de l'enquête ont révélé, un outil de production de taille réduite (4751 sujets/bande), sous équipé et peu opérationnel (2.65 bandes/an), un marché instable et l'absence de planification. Un poids moyen à la vente est de 2599 gr à 54,8 jours d'âge, cette activité procure à peine une productivité de 28 kg/m2. L’indice de conversion moyen est de (2.3), le gain moyen quotidien est de (46.8 gr), le taux de mortalité moyen est de (14 %), un indice de production de (179) et le coût de production excessif (158 DA soit 1.32 €) sont très critiques. Ces indicateurs ont permis de localiser les principaux sites d'intervention dans le but d'améliorer la productivité et la compétitivité.

This work shows the results of a survey of 56 buildings for poultry farming house with the aim of evaluating the technical and economic performance of production. The study was based on breeding records, direct observations, and questionnaires for producers that were obtained from the study area, Ain Al-Touta district. The survey investigations showed poor production performance (4751 chickens per quota) with a shortage of equipment and poor performance (2.65 quota / year), in addition to an unstable market and an absence of planning, and an average selling weight of 2599 grams within 54.8 days. This activity provides only 28 kg/m2 of productivity, with an average transfer rate of (2.3), daily gain in chicken weight (46.8 g), and average mortality rate (14%). The index of the achieved production (179) and the high costs of production (158 dz; 1.32 €) are very critical, and these indicators allow to identify the most important points of intervention in order to improve productivity and competitiveness.
