المستخلص: تناول البحث دراسة أثر الحرب على الدور التنموي للتمويل المصرفي في القطاع الزراعي في الجمهورية العربية السورية خلال الفترة من 2000 ولغاية 2018، والذي يعتبر أحد أهم القطاعات التي تسهم في رفد الاقتصاد الوطني بالموارد الاقتصادية حيث تم استخدام سلسلة زمنية تعبر عن الاقراض خلال الفترة المدروسة وتم استخدام مجموعة من الاختبارات الإحصائية للوقوف على اثر الحرب على سورية على تمويل القطاع الزراعي. وقد توصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1- الفروق في التمويل للقطاع الزراعي العام غير دالة إحصائيا ولا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للازمة على القطاع الزراعي العام. 2- الفروق في التمويل للقطاع الزراعي المشترك دالة إحصائيا ويوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للازمة على التمويل للقطاع الزراعي المشترك. 3- الفروق في التمويل للقطاع الزراعي الخاص غير دالة إحصائيا ولا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للازمة على إقراض المصرف الزراعي للقطاع الزراعي الخاص.

The research deals with studying of the impact of the war on developmental role of bank financing in the agricultural sector in Syrian Arab Republic during the period from 2000 to 2018, which is considered as one of the most important sectors that contribute to supplying the national economy with economic resources, as a time series that expresses lending during the studied period, also used a group of Statistical tests to determine the impact of the war on Syrian financing the agricultural sector. And it reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1- The differences in financing for the public agricultural sector are not statistically significant, and there is no statistically significant impact of the crisis on the public agricultural sector. 2- The differences in financing for the joint agricultural sector are statistically significant and there is a statistically significant effect of the crisis on financing for the joint agricultural sector. 3- The differences in financing for the private agricultural sector are not statistically significant, and there is no statistically significant effect of the crisis on the Agricultural Bank's lending to the private agricultural sector.
