المستخلص: The constitutional amendment includes more than 100 amended and added articles that are ratified by the Parliament held in its two chambers on February 7, 2016. It is considered the most important legal event that results in legal effects in force. It came to enshrine several principles and basic values, particularly those relating to the establishment of the rule of law, the strengthening of national unity, the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, and the organization of parliamentary life. This amendment came in the context of the current transformations.
So as we are writing this article, we have to address and learn about:
1. The most important amendments brought by the constitutional amendment.
2. Organization of powers in the new constitutional amendment of 2016.

يتضمن التعديل الدستوري أزيد من 100 مادة معدلة ومضافة والمصادق عليه من قبل البرلمان المنعقد بغرفتيه في 7 فيفري 2016 حيث يعتبر أهم حدث قانوني الذي يترتب عنه أثار قانونية نافذة حيث جاء لتكريس عدة مبادئ وقيم أساسية لاسيما تلك المتعلقة بقيام دولة القانون وتقوية الوحدة الوطنية وحماية حقوق وحريات المواطنين بالإضافة إلى تنظيم الحياة البرلمانية، حيث جاء هذا التعديل في سياق التحولات الراهنة.
-لذلك ونحن بصدد كتابة هذا المقال وجب علينا التطرق والتعرف على:
1-أهم التعديلات التي جاء بها تعديل الدستوري.
2-تنظيم السلطات في التعديل الدستوري الجديد 2016.


l’amendement constitutionnel comprend plus de cent matières modifiées additives et ratifiées par assise dans les deux chambres, le 7 février au parlement en 2016, où l’événement juridique le plus important, ce qui entraine des conséquences juridiques définitives, où il devait consacrer plusieurs principes et valeurs de base, en particulier ceux liés à la mise en place par l’Etat de droit et la renforcement de l’unité nationale, protéger les droits et libertés des citoyens, en plus organiser la vie parlementaire, d’où cet amendement est venu dans le contexte des transformations en cours:
