المستخلص: The Arab Spring has undoubtedly created a major crack on the political, social, and psychological levels. Irrespective of these transformations in terms of their effects and repercussions, whether negative or positive, and regardless of our definition of these events and their causes; it is certain that they have brought about fundamental changes in the old situation (before the Arab Spring); changes that were not entirely in favor of the Arab citizen or homeland. In particular, it has been subjected to various changes and external pressures from our regional and international forces, which are, of course, commensurate with the interests of these external forces.
Perhaps the two most important regional forces in the Middle East that were trying to use the events of the Arab Spring that would suit their interests are Saudi Arabia and Iran. Arab spring countries represent a new theatre in which Riyadh and Tehran are competing and fighting each other. However, the conflict under this new variable (the Arab Spring) has become — and continues to be —strong and fierce compared to the past. Both Iran and Saudi Arabia are following the political changes that have taken place in various Arab countries with great concern, as well as the effects of these changes on the balance of power between the opposing Iranian and Saudi camps. At the same time, they seek to intervene and guide these changes that would be commensurate with their political orientations and interests.

لقد أحدث الربيع العربي بدون أدنى شك شرخا كبيرا على المستوى السياسي، الاجتماعي، والنفسي. وبعض النظر عن هذه التحولات من حيث تأثيراتها وانعكاساتها سواء أكانت سلبية أو إيجابية، وبغض النظر أيضا عن تعريفنا لهذه الأحداث وأسبابها، فإن الشيء المؤكد أنها أحدثت تغيرات جوهرية في الحالة القديمة (ما قبل الربيع العربي)؛ تغيرات لم تكن في المجمل لصالح المواطن أو الوطن العربيان، لا سيما أنها خضعت لعدة متغيرات وضغوطات خارجية من لدنا قوى إقليمية ودولية بما يتناسب طبعا مع مصالح هذه القوى الخارجية.
ولعل أهم قوتين إقليميتين في الشرق الأوسط كانتا تسعيان لتوظيف أحداث الربيع العربي بما يتناسب مع مصالحهما هما: السعودية وإيران، إذ أضحت دول الربيع مسرحا جديدا تتنافس وتتصارع ضمنه الرياض وطهران، بيد أن الصراع في إطار هذا المتغير الجديد (الربيع العربي) أصبح – ولا يزال - الأشد والأشرس مقارنة بما مضى. حيث تتابع كل من إيران والمملكة العربية السعودية التغييرات السياسية التي حدثت في مختلف البلدان العربية بقلق شديد، وكذا تأثير هذه التغييرات على ميزان القوى بين المعسكرين المتخاصمين الإيراني والسعودي. وتسعيان في نفس الوقت إلى التدخل وتوجيه هذه التغييرات بما يتناسب مع توجهاتهما السياسية ومصالحهما.


Le printemps arabe a indubitablement provoqué une grande rupture sur les plans politique, social et psychologique. Quelles que soient les transformations et leurs impact et les conséquences qui pourraient en découler et peu importe la définition de ces événements et leurs origines, l’essentiel ce qu’ils ont à posteriori apporté des changements substantiels dans l’avenir de ces nations.
Les changements en question ne profitent pas en faveur du citoyen et de la nation arabe en raison des pressions étrangères exercées par certaines puissances internationales et régionales pour préserver leurs intérêts en place.
Vraisemblement l'Iran et l'Arabie Saoudite tentèrent de jouer le jeu afin d’assurer Le leadership de la région.
Donc, le printemps arabe passe pour un véritable théâtre auxquels se livrent les nouveaux acteurs Riyad et Téhéran, à de sanglants combats au détriment du pauvre citoyen divisé entre l’extrémisme des factions en guerre en subissant les pires conséquences.
