المستخلص: The endowment (Waqf) is one of the most important pillars of the sustainable development process as a development tool that contributes to achieving social solidarity and economic balance. It also contributes to financing development directly, on the one hand, and helps to address the financing problems facing the development of society that hinder carrying of the development process, on the other.
The endowment is to divert money from consumption and invest them in productive financial assets that produce benefits, resources, and revenues that are consumed for future generations, whether consumption is collectively or individually. The most important role played by the endowment is fighting poverty by achieving equity in the distribution and redistribution of income through several mechanisms.
The role of the endowment has been activated in several aspects, the most important of which was the endowment funds, which are considered the financier of these projects. These are the sources on which it is based through the funds invested from it to support these projects.

يعتبر الوقف من أهم الركائز الأساسية لعملية التنمية المستدامة، باعتباره أداة تنموية تساهم في تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي والتوازن الاقتصادي حيث يساهم أيضا في تمويل التنمية بشكل مباشر من جهة ومن جهة أخرى يساعد في معالجة ما تواجه تنمية المجتمع من مشكلات تمويلية تعوق القيام بالعملية التنموية.
والوقف هو تحويل الأموال عن الاستهلاك واستثمارها في أصول مالية إنتاجية تنتج منافع وخيرات، والإيرادات التي تستهلك للأجيال المستقبلية سواء كان الاستهلاك بصورة جماعية أو فردية، وأهم دور قام به الوقف هو محاربة الفقر من خلال تحقيق العدالة في توزيع وإعادة توزيع الدخل من خلال عدة آليات.
وتم تفعيل دور الوقف في عدة جوانب وكان أهمها الصناديق الوقفية التي تعتبر هي الممول لهذه المشاريع، وهي السند التي تستند عليه من خلال الأموال التي تستثمر منه لدعم هذه المشاريع.


Le Waqf Est considère comme le fondement de base pour le processus de développement durable, étant un outil de développement qui contribue a la réalisation de la solidarité sociale et l'équilibre économique. Aussi, cession contribue au financement du développement de façon directe d’une part, et contribue a la résolution des problèmes de financement des développements communautaire d'autre part.
waqf est le transfert de fonds et l’investissement de ces fonds dans des actifs financiers productifs susceptibles de produire des gains et des recettes pour les générations futures. Le rôle principal du cession est le fait de lutter contre la pauvreté, a travers un équilibre dans la distribution et la redistribution des revenus a l’aide de plusieurs mécanismes.
L’activation du rôle de Waqf a été faite par plusieurs aspects, a savoir les caisses qui financent ce projet, et représentent la base des rentes qui soutiennent ce dernier.
