| 520 | |f Charitable work includes all efforts made, whether non-profit material or moral, to achieve the intended goals and ruling. Charity work is one of the things stipulated in the Islamic religion and (has been) testified by the whole principles of Sharia, its jurisprudence, religious, and fundamental rules. The objective of charitable work is to fill the needs of a certain segment of society so that balance is achieved between its groups. This goal is achieved by rationalizing the fundamentalist base providing for taking care of social interests, which serve deserved groups where it benefits society as a whole. The services provided by the charitable sector fall under the three objectives of the Shariah; they are an absolute necessity, basic necessity, and good. The preservation of these three objectives is not on just one course of charitable contributions. The areas served by charity work may be in an “absolute necessity” position and (could be) in the “basic necessity” and “good” positions. | 520 | |a يشتمل العمل الخيري كل الجهود المبذولة سواء أكانت مادية أو معنوية غير ربحية لتحقيق الغايات والحكم المقصودة منه، لأن العمل الخيري من الأمور التي نص عليها الدين الإسلامي وتشهد له أصول الشريعة الكلية، وقواعدها الفقيهة والمقاصدية والأصولية، لأن الغاية من العمل الخيري هو سد حاجيات شريحة معينة من المجتمع حتى يتحقق التوازن بين فئاته، وتتحقق هذه الغاية بترشيد القاعدة الأصولية الناصة على رعاية المصالح الاجتماعية، التي تخدم الفئات المستحقة حيث يعود نفعها على المجتمع بأسره، لأن الخدمات التي يقدمها القطاع الخيري لا تخرج من خانة مقاصد الشريعة الثلاث؛ ضرورية، وحاجيه، وتحسينية، وحفظ هذه المقاصد الثلاثة ليست على وثيرة واحدة من جانب إسهامات العمل الخيري، لأن المجالات التي يتصدرها العمل الخيري قد تكون في موقف ضروري، وفي الآخر حاجي أو تحسيني، والضابط الذي يحتكم إليه في هذا هو الغاية المرجو تحقيقها من العمل الخيري. | ||
| 520 | |d Le travail de bienfaisance comprend tous les efforts, qu’ils soient matériels ou moraux, à but non lucratif pour atteindre les fins et la gouvernance de celui-ci, Parce que le travail de bienfaisance est l’une des choses stipulées par la religion islamique et témoigne des principes fondamentaux de la charia totale, Et les bases du crisp et d'Almqasadip et du fondamentalisme, Parce que le travail caritatif a pour but de répondre aux besoins d’un certain segment de la société jusqu’à ce que l’équilibre entre ses catégories soit atteint, Cet objectif est atteint en rationalisant la règle jurisprudentielle sur le bien-être des intérêts sociaux, Ce qui sert les catégories éligibles car il profite à la société dans son ensemble, car les services offerts par le secteur caritatif ne relèvent pas des trois objectifs de la charia; Nécessaire, et amélioré, La préservation de ces trois objectifs n’est pas une seule et même échelle grâce aux contributions d’oeuvres caritatives, Parce que les domaines qui dirigent le travail de bienfaisance peuvent être dans une position nécessaire, Dans l'autre Nécessaire, ou amélioré, L'officier en charge de cela est le but de la charité. | ||
