المستخلص: The current study aims to find out the multiple correlations between the professional self, achievement motivation, and psychological burnout in psychologists working in penal institutions. To conduct this study, the Maslach Burnout Inventory, and the Achievement Motivation scale of Abdul Latif Khalifa, and the scale of Professional Self prepared by the researcher was applied to a sample of 80 psychologists. After analyzing the data through a set of (Statistical Package for Social Science - SPSS), the study produced the following results:
There are multiple correlations between the professional self, motivating achievement, and psychological burnout in psychologists working in penal institutions.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة العلاقة الارتباطية المتعددة بين كل من الذات المهنية، الدافعية للإنجاز والاحتراق النفسي لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين العاملين بالمؤسسات العقابية، ولتجسيد هذه الدراسة فقد تم تطبيق كل من مقياس الاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش والدافعية للإنجاز لعبد اللطيف خليفة ومقياس الذات المهنية من إعداد الباحثة، وذلك على عينة مكونة من 80 أخصائي نفساني، وبعد تحليل البيانات عن طريق مجموعة من البرامج الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Statistical Package for Social Science - SPSS) وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية:
- توجد علاقة ارتباطية متعددة بين كل من الذات المهنية، الدافعية للإنجاز والاحتراق النفسي لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين العاملين بالمؤسسات العقابية.


Le but de cette étude est d’explorer la relation entre le bournout, la motivation d’accomplissement et le soi professionnel chez les psychologues des milieux fermée, cette étude est effectuée auprès de 80 psychologues exerçants dans des établissement pénitenciers du nord, de l’est de l’ouest et du sud de pays, en appliquant trois questionnaire: le bournout de Maslach, la motivation d’accomplissement d’abdelatif khalifa et le soi professionnel(fait par la chercheur).
L’étude a conclu qu’il existe une relation entre le bournout, la motivation d’accomplissement et le soi professionnel chez les psychologues exerçant dans les établissements pénitenciers.
