المستخلص: It may be clear that the term political participation is common. The latter has become a principle chanted by states at the international and national levels. It refers to some measures to be made as standards that guarantee thresholds in the world of democracy. Algeria is one of those countries that has striven to achieve an acceptable level in this area. We see the best evidence in the measures relating to the Community Act in Algeria (municipality and province).

لعله من الواضح شيوع مصطلح المشاركة السياسية، حيث إن الأخير بات مبدأ تتغنى به الدول على الصعيدين الدولي والوطني، فأشارت إلى بعض التدابير لتجعل منها معايير تضمن عتبات في عالم الديمقراطية، والجزائر إحدى هاته الدول التي سعت جاهدة إلى تحقيق المستوى المقبول في هذا المجال، ولنا في التدابير التي خصت قانون الجماعات المحلية بالجزائر (البلدية والولاية) خير دليل.

Il est clair que le terme de participation politique est commun, puisque ce dernier est devenu un principe pour les États internationaux et nationaux, et a fait référence à certaines mesures pour en faire des normes garantissant des seuils dans le monde démocratique. Dans les mesures concernant le droit des communautés locales en Algérie est la meilleure preuve.
