|a يعالج هذا البحث موضوع التكنولوجيا المالية المستخدمة في المصارف ومدى مساهمة تقنياتها في الرفع من الأداء المصرفي خلال فترة الأزمات واحتواء الأثار السلبية للحجر الصحي كإشكالية رئيسة. حيث تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الاستنباطي في عرض المفاهيم النظرية للموضوع والمنهج الاستقرائي في تقييم تجربة بنك الخليج الجزائر كنموذج للدراسة، حيث تمكن هذا البنك من الحد من تداعيات الأزمة بفضل التوظيف الجيد للتقنيات المدروسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة قيام النظام المصرفي بإعادة هيكلة بنيته التحية بتقنيات وبرامج تكنولوجيا حديثة، ووضع قواعد للامتثال والرقابة عليها في إطار عصرنة وتأمين هذه العمليات.

|b This study is concerned with the issue of financial technology used by banks, and to what extent their technologies contribute to raising the financial performance of banks during the period of crises, and how banks have been able to overcome the negative effects of quarantine by using these technologies as a major problem. Where the deductive approach was used in presenting the theoretical concepts of the topic and the inductive approach in evaluating the experience of Gulf Bank Algeria as a model for study, as this bank was able to reduce the repercussions of the crisis thanks to the good employment of the studied techniques. The study concluded that the banking system must restructure its infrastructure with modern technology and programs and techniques, and set compliance and control rules within the framework of modernization and securing these operations.
