هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية على اتخاذ القرارات، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في دراسة أثر نظم المعلومات الإد رية على اتخاذ القرارات، وتجئ أهمية الدراسة باعتبارها أحد الموضوعات المتقدمة في مجالات العمليات الإدارية واتخاذ القرارات، وتعتمد علي الحاسب الآلي والأنترنت بصورة أساسية لذلك ثمة ضرورة يفرضها التطور التقني علي المؤسسات في عالم اليوم، تمثلت فرضية الدراسة في أن هنالك علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية واتخاذ القرارات على معتمدية اللاجئين السودانية، وأتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة في جمع المعلومات والتي قام بتوزيعها على عينة عمدية مؤلفة من (70) فرد بمعتمدية اللاجئين وتوصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود ارتباط طردي ضعيف بين النظم (التكنولوجيا والشبكات) كمتغير مستقل والقرارات كمتغير تابع، حيث بلغت قيم معامل الارتباط البسيط (0.11). وأيضا أظهرت نتائج التقدير وجود ارتباط طردي متوسط بين نظم المعلومات (البيانات والمعلومات) كمتغير مستقل والقرارات كمتغير تابع، حيث بلغت قيم معامل الارتباط البسيط (54%). وأخيرا أظهرت نتائج التقدير وجود ارتباط طردي ضعيف بين الموارد البشرية كمتغير مستقل القرارات كمتغير تابع، حيث بلغت قيم معامل الارتباط البسيط (0.38) وكذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها: ضرورة استجلاب آخر ما توصلت إليه التكنولوجيا من تطبيقات في مجال نظم المعلومات، وضرورة متابعة القرارات المتخذة بصفة ثابتة من خلال إدارة مختصة موكل لا مهمة المتابعة.
The study aims at investigating the impact of managerial information systems on descision taking. The problem of the study is investigating the impact of the managerial information systems on descision making. The significance of the study stems from its modernity as one of the advanced issues in descision making and managerial operations aspects which mainly depend on the computer and the internet. The main hypothesis is that ther is a positive statistically significant relationship between the managerial information systems and desscision taking in the Sudanese Refugees Corporation in Sudan. The researcher used the descriptive qualitative methodology and used the questionnaires as data collection. Questionnaire was designed and distributed for a selected sample composed of 70 employees in the Sudanese Corporation for Refugees in Sudan. The study revealed the following results: Firstly, there's a slight positive correlation between information systems (technology and networks), as an independent variable, and descision taking, as a derpendent variable, at a value of 0.11. Secondly, ther's a mild positive correlation between information systems (data and information), as an independent variable, and descision taking, as a dependent variable, at a value (54%) Finally, it is revealed that there's a slight positive correlation between human resources, as an independent variable, and descision taking, as a dependent variable at a value 0.38. The study recommends adopting the latest and modern technological applications in the field of information sytems. It also recommends following up the taken descisions constantly through a specialized administration, authorized for doing follow up.
