المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التوصل لمؤشرات حسن المطابقة في البنية العاملية الهرمية لقلق البطالة مع بيانات عينة الدراسة من طلاب السنة النهائية بجامعة الأزهر، والكشف عن العلاقة بين قلق البطالة وأبعاده وكل من المساندة الاجتماعية والصلابة النفسية وأبعادهما، والتعرف على إمكانية التنبؤ بقلق البطالة من خلال المساندة الاجتماعية والصلابة النفسية وأبعادهما، والكشف عن احتمالية وجود تباين في قلق البطالة وأبعاده وفقاً لمتغيري النوع، والكلية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (964) طالباً وطالبة بالسنة النهائية في بعض الكليات الإنسانية والعلمية بجامعة الأزهر، طبق عليهم مقاييس قلق البطالة، المساندة الاجتماعية، الصلابة النفسية (إعداد الباحثة)؛ وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن اتصاف البنية العاملية لقلق البطالة بالهرمية ومؤشرات حسن المطابقة مع بيانات عينة الدراسة من طلاب السنة النهائية بجامعة الأزهر، وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين المساندة الاجتماعية وبعض أبعادها وقلق البطالة وبعض أبعاده، وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين الصلابة النفسية بأبعادها وقلق البطالة بأبعاده؛ إمكانية التنبؤ بقلق البطالة من خلال الدرجة الكلية للمساندة الاجتماعية والصلابة النفسية؛ إمكانية التنبؤ بقلق البطالة من بعض أبعاد المساندة الاجتماعية والصلابة النفسية، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في بعدي المظاهر الفسيولوجية لقلق البطالة، والمظاهر النفسية لقلق البطالة وفقاً لمتغير النوع لصالح الإناث، بينما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في كل من بعد المظاهر الاجتماعية لقلق البطالة، والدرجة الكلية لقلق البطالة وفقا لمتغير النوع؛ وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في بعد المظاهر الفسيولوجية لقلق البطالة وفقاً لمتغير الكلية لصالح الكلية العلمية؛ بينما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا ًفي الدرجة الكلية لقلق البطالة وبعدي المظاهر النفسية لقلق البطالة، والمظاهر الاجتماعية لقلق البطالة وفقا لمتغير الكلية.

This study aimed to identify the indicators of good conformity in the factorial hierarchical structure of unemployment anxiety among study sample data from the final year students at Al-Azhar University, uncover the correlation among unemployment anxiety and its dimensions; both social support and psychological hardness and their dimensions. The study also aimed to identify the possibility of predicting unemployment anxiety through social support and psychological hardness and their dimensions, and detecting the possibility of a variation in unemployment anxiety and its dimensions according to the variables of gender and college. The study sample consisted of (964) male and female students in the final year of some humanitarian and scientific colleges at Al-Azhar University. The scales of unemployment anxiety, social support, and - psychological hardness were administered (developed by the researcher). The results of the study revealed that the hierarchical characterization of the factorial structure of unemployment anxiety and indicators of good compatibility with the study sample data from the final year students at Al-Azhar University. There was a negative statistically significant correlation between social support and some of its dimensions; and unemployment anxiety and some of its dimensions. There was a negative statistically significant correlation between psychological hardness in its dimensions; and unemployment anxiety in its dimensions. Unemployment anxiety can be predicted by the overall degree of social support and psychological hardness. The possibility of predicting unemployment anxiety from some dimensions of social support and psychological hardness. There were statistically significant differences in the two dimensions of the physiological aspects of unemployment anxiety and the psychological manifestations of unemployment anxiety according to the gender variable in favor of females. While there were no statistically significant differences in both the dimension of the social aspects of unemployment anxiety, and the total degree of unemployment anxiety according to the gender variable. There were statistically significant differences in the dimension of the physiological aspects of unemployment anxiety according to the variable of the faculty in favor of the scientific faculties. However, there were no statistically significant differences in the total degree of unemployment anxiety and the two dimensions of the psychological manifestations of unemployment anxiety, and the social manifestations of unemployment anxiety according to the college variable.
