يهدف هذا البحث إلى رصد وتحليل تغطية الصحف الإلكترونية للحراك التنموي في مصر، والتعرف على المصادر الصحفية، التي اعتمدت عليها الصحف في جمع وعرض المعلومات للقراء، ورصد الأطر الإعلامية التي تعكسها المعالجة الصحفية للمشروعات التنموية في مصر، واستخدم البحث منهج "تحليل الخطاب النقدي" Critical Discourse Analysis ، على عينة من الصحف الإلكترونية الأهرام - الوفد - اليوم السابع"، واعتمد البحث على أداة تحليل المضمون، وإجراء المقابلة العلمية المقننة مع مجموعة من الصحفيين المتخصصين في الصحف الثلاث. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: • جاءت صحف الدراسة- على الرغم من اختلاف ملكيتها وأيدلوجيتها الفكرية (صحف قومية - صحف حزبية- صحف خاصة) مؤيدة لمشروعات الحراك التنموي، حيث أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود اتفاق عام بين صحف الدراسة الثلاث، في التركيز على معالجة الأخبار الخاصة بالمشروعات الاقتصادية، وأظهرت الصحف الثلاث اهتماما كبيرا بتغطية المشروعات الاقتصادية. • تنوعت الأطر الإعلامية التي ظهرت في الصحف الإلكترونية عينة البحث، حيث أبرزت نتائج التحليل الخاصة بالأطر الإعلامية، التي وظفتها صحف الدراسة الاعتماد على "إطار المسئولية" بشكل كبير في تغطية موضوعات الحراك التنموي، حيث اتفقت صحف الدراسة الثلاث على توظيف هذا الاطار بشكل كبير وملحوظ، كما أظهرت النتائج أن صحيفة الوفد غلب عليها الاهتمام بتوظيف أطر "المصلحة - الإنجازات - الرفض - النفي"، وصحيفة الأهرام غلب عليها الاهتمام بتوظيف أطر "النتائج (المكاسب) الاقتصادية - الإشادة - التعاون- الأمن ومكافحة الإرهاب"، وصحيفة اليوم السابع غلب عليها الاهتمام بتوظيف أطر "الاهتمامات الإنسانية- الاستراتيجي"، وهناك اتفاقا بين صحيفة الوفد واليوم السابع في التركيز على توظيف إطار التحذير" بشكل كبير، كما اتفقت أيضا كلا الأهرام والوفد على الاهتمام بتوظيف "إطار الدعم والمساندة" بشكل كبير. • تفوقت القوي الرسمية المساهمة في الحراك التنموي على القوى غير الرسمية المساهمة في الحراك التنموي في مصر، فبالنسية للقوى الرسمية اتفقت صحف الدراسة على التركيز على "القوى الرئاسية"، كأحد أهم القوي المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية، حيث غلبت في صحف الدراسة الثلاث، وكان الاهتمام بها واضحا من حيث التغطية. أما بالنسبة للقوي غير الرسمية، ركزت صحف الدراسة على "رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين" كأحد أهم القوي غير الرسمية المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية، حيث غلبت في صحيفة الوفد، وكان الاهتمام بها واضحا من حيث التغطية. • تعددت أهداف المعالجة الإعلامية التي اعتمدت عليها صحف الدراسة في معالجة مشروعات الحراك التنموي، حيث جاءت النتائج مؤكدة اتفاق صحف الدراسة الثلاث على التركيز على هدف "الشرح والتفسير" كأهم أهداف المعالجة، حيث غلب الاهتمام بصورة كبيرة في الصحف الثلاث بتوظيف هذا الهدف، وذلك لأهمية المشروعات التنموية في جميع المجالات لذلك اهتمت الصحف الإلكترونية عينة الدراسة بشرحها وتفسيرها للجمهور، كما غلب الاهتمام بتوظيف أهداف الإعلام والإخبار- الإشادة والتأييد - التثقيف" في صحيفة الأهرام، واتفقت صحيفتي الأهرام والوفد في التركيز على توظيف هدف "التوجيه والإرشاد" بشكل كبير، وكذلك اتفقت كلا الوفد واليوم السابع على الاهتمام بتوظيف هدف "التحذير"، حيث غلب الاهتمام بهذا الهدف في هاتين الصحيفتين.
This research aims to monitor and analyze the electronic journalism coverage of the development motion in Egypt, to identify the press sources on which newspapers relied on collecting and displaying information for readers, and to monitor the media frameworks reflected in the press treatment of development projects in Egypt. The most obtained results from the search were: 1- In spite of difference among newspapers in ideology and ownership, (national newspapers - partisan newspapers - private newspapers) in support of developmental mobility projects where the results of the study indicated that there is a general agreement between the three study journals in focusing on processing news about economic projects, and the three newspapers showed interest Great for covering economic projects. 2- The media frameworks that appeared in the E- newspapers varied the sample of the research, as the results of the analysis of the media frameworks employed by the study newspapers highlighted a great dependence on the "responsibility framework" in covering the issues of developmental mobility where the three study newspapers agreed to employ this framework in a significant and significant way, as the results showed The Al-Wafd newspaper is dominated by interest in employing the “interest-accomplishments-rejection- Otherwise Al-Ahram newspaper was negation” frameworks dominated by interest in employing the frameworks of "economic results (gains) - praise - cooperation - security and fighting terrorism", and the Youm-7 paper was dominated by interest in employing "humanitarian-strategic concerns" frameworks, and there is an agreement between Al-Wafd newspaper and the Youm-7 in focusing on employing a "framework" The warning "is very important, Both Al-Ahram and AL-Wafd also agreed to take great interest in employing the" support” framework". 3- The official forces contributing to the developmental motion surpassed the informal forces contributing to the developmental motion in Egypt, according to the official forces, the study journals agreed to focus on the "presidential powers" as one of the most important forces contributing to the achievement of development, as they overcame the three study papers and the interest in them was clear. 4- The goals of the mass treatment that the study journals relied upon to address the development mobility projects have multiplied, as the results confirmed the agreement of the three study journals to focus on the goal of "explanation and interpretation" as the most important treatment goals. As interest in a large majority of the three newspapers dominated the employment of this goal, due to the importance of development projects in all areas, the electronic newspapers were interested in explaining and explaining the study sample to the public, and interest in employing the goals of "media and news - praise and support - education" in Al-Ahram newspaper.
