المستخلص: أهمية الدراسة تنبع من أهمية أن الحكم يحتاج إلى الطاقة والتعرف على قيم الطاقة النفسية التي ترتبط بقرارات الحكم وإمكانية على التصرف الصحيح أثناء قيادته المباراة وطرق علاجها للحصول على أحسن النتائج والتي تسهم في إعطاء تصور عن كيفية تنفيذ الحكام لواجباتهم وفق مصادر الطاقة الحركية والنفسية والبدنية والذي يؤثر مباشرة في مستوى الحكم ونتائج المباريات. إذ اشتملت على (12) حكماً ليمثلوا نسبة مئوية مقدارها (5.263%) من مجتمع البحث الأصلي. واستخدم الباحث وسائل جمع معلومات عديدة منها المصادر العربية والأجنبية والمقابلات الشخصية ومقياس الطاقة النفسية الذي يتكون من (37) فقرة ويتضمن (6) أبعاد، وتم تحديد الاختبارات الخاصة بقياس القدرات البدنية المنتخبة والتي حصلت على نسبة اتفاق بلغ (80%) وهي السرعة الانتقالية ومطاولة السرعة والقوة المميزة بالسرعة والرشاقة ومطاولة. وقام الباحث بأجراء الاختبارات القبلية لعينة البحث لمقياس الطاقة النفسية والقدرات البدنية وإعداد للتعبئة وتطبيقه خلال مدة المنافسات تم إجراء الاختبارات البعدية، ومن الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها أن المنهج الخاص بالتعبئة النفسية كان ذو فاعلية في تطوير القدرات البدنية والطاقة النفسية لدى أفراد عينة البحث.

The importance of the study stems from the importance of the referee needs energy and recognition of the values of psychological energy that are related to the decisions of the referee and the possibility of acting correctly during the leadership of the game and ways of treating it to get the best results, which contribute to giving a picture of how the referees perform their duties according to the sources of motor energy, psychological and physical, which directly affects the level of judgment and the results of the games. It included 12 referees representing a percentage of the amount (5,263%) of the total. from the original search community. The researcher used the means of collecting many information, including Arab and foreign sources, interviews and psychological energy meters, which consists of (37) paragraphs and includes (6) dimensions, and was identified tests for measuring the elected physical abilities, which obtained an agreement ratio of (80%) which is the speed of transition and the speed and speed and strength characterized by speed, agility and longness. The researcher conducted tribal tests for the research sample for the measure of psychological energy and physical abilities and prepared a method for mobilization and application during the duration of the competitions was conducted after tests, and from the conclusions reached that the method of psychological mobilization was effective in the development of physical abilities and psychological energy in the members of the research sample.
