المستخلص: تتوفر السواحل المغربية، عموما، والجنوبية، على وجه الخصوص، على ثروات سمكية ضخمة ومتنوعة أسهمت في نمو صناعة تحويل وتثمين منتجات الصيد البحري، والتي تتواجد جل معاملها بالمنطقة الصناعية لمركز العيون-المرسى بجهة العيون الساقية الحمراء. وتكمن أهمية هذا النوع من الصناعات محليا، في حجم وقيمة الإنتاج الموجه إلى الأسواق الداخلية والصادرات الخارجية، بالإضافة إلى استقطابه يدا عاملة متنوعة من أصول جغرافية مختلفة، وتأمينه وتعزيزه لمخزون الدولة من العملة الصعبة، لكن وبالرغم من كل المجهودات المبذولة لتطوير القطاع مازال يواجه الكثير من التحديات، التي تحول دون تحقيقه للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المنتظرة منه، خاصة على المستوى المحلي، مع إهمال مبدا الحفاظ على الثروة البحرية وضمان استدامتها.

The Moroccan coasts contain, in general, and especially those of the south, considerable and varied wealth of fish. This wealth contributes to the development of its industrialization and the valorization of sea fishing products. The latter are found, particularly, in the industrial zone of the center port- “laayoun” in the “laayoun sakia elhamra” region. In addition, the importance of this kind of industry resides regionally, given the quantity and value of production destined for domestic and foreign export markets; moreover, these activities generate hands of various works and of different geographical origins. Moreover, it allows to report the currency to the state. But despite efforts to move this sector forward; this one still confronts multiple challenges which stand out as obstacles for an economic and social development expected and especially on the regional level by neglecting the aspect of the preservation of this maritime wealth and the guarantee of its durability.

Les côtes marocaines contiennent, en générale, et spécialement celles du sud, des richesses poissonnières considérables et variées. Cette richesse participe dans le développement de son industrialisation et la valorisation des produits de la pêche maritime. Ces dernières se trouvent, particulièrement, dans la zone industrielle du centre port-laayoun dans la région laayoun sakia elhamra. En plus, l'importance de cette sorte d'industrie réside régionalement, vu la quantité et la valeur de la production destinée aux marchés intérieurs et l'exportation étrangers. De surcroît, ces activités génèrent des mains d'œuvres diverses et d'origines géographiques différentes. D’ailleurs, cela permet de rapporter la devise à l'état. Mais, malgré les efforts déployés pour faire progresser ce secteur, celui-ci confronte encore de multiples challenges qui se dressent comme obstacles pour un développement économique et social escompté et spécialement sur le plan régional, en négligeant le volet de la préservation de cette richesse maritime et la garantie de sa durabilité.
