المستخلص: يندرج موضوع المداخلة في سياق وطني، استجدت فيه آليات جديدة تتعلق بالتعامل مع إعداد التراب من تقطيع جهوي وتهيئة مجالية، راعى فيها متخذو القرار عدة مؤشرات أهمها الاندماج الترابي بين مختلف الأنشطة والوظائف التي تشكل الهوية الاقتصادية لكل جهة. من هذا المنطلق، تشهد مدينة الدار البيضاء بفعل تضخمها البشري وامتدادها المجالي تدخلات من حين لأخر تفرضها سرعة وثائر النمو والتطور يتم معها إغفال العديد من المتغيرات التي تسهم في خلق هوية وظيفية مجالية مندمجة.

The theme of the intervention comes under the national context, which revives new mechanisms to deal with spatial planning Regional apportionment and activities areas; Decision makers took into consideration several indicators and the most important of theme are the spatial and soil integration between the various activities and functions that make up the economic identity of each specific region. Casablanca as an area of research has a long extension of the human size and area it witnesses intervention from time to time that imposed by the speed of growth and development With which to Ignore all the variables which contributes to the creation of a spatial functional identity integrated.

Le thème de ce sujet s’inscrit dans un contexte national relatif a l’évolution de la pratique urbaine dans ses aspects liées à l’aménagement des territoires, au découpage régional et à la planification urbaine dans laquelle les décideurs gagnent à prendre en considération plusieurs indicateurs, en l’occurrence l’intégration spatiale des activités et fonctions qui constituent l’identité économique de chaque région. Casablanca, comme champ d’étude, a subi tout au long du périple de son évolution de multiples interventions, vu l’ampleur de l'évolution de sa population et la grandeur de l’étalement de son espace construit. Ce qui incite les décideurs à prendre en considération les paramètres de l’intégration fonctionnelle des activités économiques.
