تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إعطاء لوحة مركبة عامة عن الديناميكيـات السكانية لفلسطين في المركز (المناطق تحت سيطرة دولة فلسطين الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة (1967) ومناطق الداخل الفلسطيني (1948) والشتات، خارج فلسطين (-1948 الآن) والأفق الديمغرافي، من خلال تحليل مقارن ببعديه الزمني والمكاني. وتشير هذه الورقة إلى أن الديمغرافيا الفلسطينية تعبر عن حالة شاذة في بنيتها، نظرا لعدم وجود رقم إحصائي واحد يعبر عن التمثلات الفلسطينية في المركز والشتات، كما تبين هذه الورقة أهمية دراسة الأحيـاز الديمغرافية المختلفة عبر إعادة بناء الخارطة الديمغرافية للمجتمع الفلسطيني، والذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى بناء سياسات ديمغرافية تخدم الأهداف القومية للمجتمع الفلسطيني على المستوى السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي، كما أن رسم هذه اللوحة المركبة تأتي في سياق بناء استراتيجية فلسطينية للمواجهة والاشتباك مع الكيان الصهيـوني وذلك من خلال تأطير نظرة علمية استشرافية حول المستقبل. ولعل أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها هذه الورقة تنطلق من رؤية مفادها ضرورة إعـادة قراءة الديناميكيـات السكانية الفلسطينية في التمثلات المختلفة وربطها بسياسات عملية وإجرائية تخدم الأهداف التنموية للمجتمع الفلسطيني، وعلى المستوى الديمغرافي هناك ضرورة لبناء بناء تركيبة سكانية شاملة للفلسطينيين في فلسطين الطبيعية والمنافي، تتسم بوحدة الرقم الإحصائي، وتقلل من درجة الضبابية في الواقع الديمغرافي في الشبكات الفلسطينية المختلفة.
This Paper aims to introduce a general composite painting on the Palestinian population dynamics in the center (territories that is under the control of the Palestinian authority, including the West Bank and Gaza Strip) (1967), the Palestinian interior territories (1948) and diaspora (outside the Palestinian land) (1948- Up to these days), as well as, it aims to introduce the demographic horizon through a comparative analysis to its temporal and spatial dimensions. This paper indicates that the Palestinian demographic shows abnormality on its structure since there is not a single number to represent the Palestinian representations in the center and diaspora. Also, the paper shows the significance of studying various demographic spaces through rebuilding the demographic map of the Palestinian society. This leads to build demographic policies that serve the national goals in the Palestinian society politically, economically and socially. In addition, drawing this composite painting comes in the context of building a Palestinian strategy to confront and clash with the Israeli occupation by framing a scientific, forward-looking to the future. One of the most important recommendations that came out in this paper is the necessity of rereading the Palestinian dynamics in different representations and connect it with practical and Procedural policies that serve the developmental aims of the Palestinian society. On the demographic level, there is a necessity to build an inclusive demographic for the Palestinian in the Palestinian land and diaspora that is characterized as a statistical unit, which reduces the blur in the demographic reality in various Palestinian networks.
