هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل وجودة الحياة لدى عينة من المراهقين المصابين بمرض السكر، وأيضا الكشف عن الفروق بين الذكور والإناث من المراهقين المصابين بمرض السكر في قلق المستقبل، إلى جانب الكشف عن التباين بين الذكور والإناث من المراهقين المصابين بمرض السكر في جودة الحياة، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (ن= 100) من المراهقين المصابين بالسكر لا تقل مدة إصابتهم بالسكر عن 6 شهور (50 ذكور، 50 إناث) تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (13-18) عاما بمتوسط عمري 15.845 وانحراف معياري 1.507 وتم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وقد تم الاستعانة بأدوات هي: مقياس قلق المستقبل للمراهقين ومقياس جودة الحياة للمراهقين (إعداد الباحثة)، واختبار جامعة أسيوط الذكاء غير اللفظي (إعداد طه المستكاوي، 2000) ومقياس المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي (إعداد محمد سعفان ودعاء خطاب، 2016)، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود ارتباط سالب دال إحصائيا بين درجات عينة الدراسة من المراهقين المصابين بالسكر على مقياس قلق المستقبل للمراهقين (القلق المتعلق بالمشكلات الحياتية، والقلق المعرفي، والقلق من الفشل، والقلق من انهيار القيم الأخلاقية، والدرجة الكلية) ومقياس جودة الحياة للمراهقين (إدارة الوقت، والرضا عن الحياة، والعلاقات الاجتماعية، وضبط الانفعالات، والدرجة الكلية)، كما أشارت النتائج أيضا بوجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة من المراهقين المصابين بالسكر الذكور والإناث على مقياس قلق المستقبل للمراهقين (القلق المتعلق بالمشكلات الحياتية، والقلق المعرفي، والقلق من الفشل، والقلق من انهيار القيم الأخلاقية، والدرجة الكلية) وذلك في اتجاه المراهقات المصابات بالسكر الإناث، إلى جانب وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة من المراهقين المصابين بالسكر الذكور والإناث على مقياس جودة الحياة للمراهقين المصابين بالسكر (إدارة الوقت، والرضا عن الحياة، والعلاقات الاجتماعية، وضبط الانفعالات، والدرجة الكلية) وذلك في اتجاه المراهقين المصابين بالسكر الذكور، ومما سبق يمكن القول أن قلق المستقبل وجودة الحياة متغيران مهمان للمراهقين في التخفيف من حدة تأثير مرض السكر، فلابد من أن يتوفر للمراهق مقومات جودة الحياة مما يجعله قادرا على مواجهة ضغوط الحياة.
This study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between future anxiety and quality of life for a sample of adolescents with diabetes, and also to reveal the differences between males and females of adolescents with diabetes in future anxiety, as well as to reveal the discrepancy between males and females of adolescents with diabetes. In the quality of life, the study sample included (n= 100) of adolescents with diabetes whose duration of diabetes was not less than 6 months (50 males, 50 females), their ages ranged between (13- 18) years with an average age 15.845 and a standard deviation 1.507. They were chosen in an intentional way, and tools were used: the future anxiety scale for adolescents, the quality of life measure for adolescents (Prepared by: the researcher), the Assiut University test for nonverbal intelligence (prepared by: Taha Al- Mistakwa, 2000), and the scale of the economic, social and cultural level (Prepared by: Muhammad Saafan Duaa Khattab, 2016), and the results indicated that there is a statistically significant negative association between the scores of the study sample of adolescents with diabetes on the adolescents' future anxiety scale (anxiety related to life problems, cognitive anxiety, anxiety about failure, and anxiety about terminating The moral values, the overall score) and the adolescents' quality of life scale (time management, satisfaction with life, social relationships, emotional control, and the overall score). The results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample of adolescents with diabetes males and females on the scale Future anxiety for adolescents (anxiety related to life problems, cognitive anxiety, anxiety about failure, anxiety about the collapse of moral values, and overall score) towards adolescent girls with diabetes, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample of adolescents with diabetes males and females On the quality of life scale for adolescents with diabetes (time management, satisfaction with life, social relationships, control of emotions, and overall score) in the direction of adolescents with diabetes males, and from the above it can be said that future anxiety and quality of life are important variables for adolescents in mitigating the severity of the disease Sugar, it must be available to the teenager the elements of quality of life, which would make him able to face the pressures of life.
