|b The Research deals with rulings on conducting marriage ceremony in Islamic jurisprudence. It states the concept of the marriage ceremony, the ruling on holding it, and the necessity of answering the invitation to the marriage ceremony. It also states the size and time of the party. The Research also deals with the ruling on beating the tambourine for men and women, the use of musical instruments, and the gold paid to the bride on the day of marriage as well as the use of modern cameras in the wedding ceremony. The analytical method was used to clarify the jurisprudential rulings on each issue. The Research concluded that conducting a marriage ceremony is desirable and accepting a marriage invitation is necessary. as long as the ceremony does not involve any abominable acts., Beating the tambourine is permissible for women and it is prohibited for men. The study also concluded that musical instruments are prohibited. In addition, the gold gifted to bride and the use of camaras and photography in the party are permissible in it.

|a يتناول البحث أحكام حفل الزواج في الفقه الإسلامي، من بيان مفهوم حفل الزواج، وحكم إقامته، ووجوب إجابة الدعوة لحفل الزواج، وبيان مقدار الوليمة ووقتها، كما يتناول حكم ضرب الدف للرجال والنساء، وحكم الآلات الموسيقية فيه، وبيان حكم شبكة الزواج، وزفة العروس، واستعمال آلات التصوير الحديثة في حفل الزواج، وقد اتبعت المنهج التحليلي في بيان ما يحتاج إلى توضيح، وبيان الحكم الفقهي لكل مسألة، وخلص البحث إلى استحباب إقامة حفل الزواج، ووجوب إجابة الدعوة إليه إذا لم يكن فيه منكر، وجواز ضرب الدف للنساء وتحريمه على الرجال، فضلا عن تحريم الآلات الموسيقية، وجواز شبكة العروس ودخولها في الهدايا، وجواز زفة العروس واستعمال ألات التصوير الحديثة فيه .
