المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الحاضنات التكنولوجية في تفعيل الشراكة بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الإنتاجية بمصر، وبناء مجتمع المعرفة عن طريق مساهمة الحاضنات في تكوين رأس المال المعرفي من الطلاب والباحثين، وتحديد أطر العلاقة التبادلية والتشاركية بين الحاضنات والمؤسسات الإنتاجية القائمة، بحيث تعمل الحاضنات كبيوت خبرة تقدم استشاراتها وخدماتها وآليات المساندة والتنظيم لمساعدة ودعم رواد الأعمال في إدارة وتنمية مشروعاتهم، وحل مشكلاتهم الآنية والمتوقعة، الأمر الذي يوفر لها فرصا أكبر للنجاح، مقابل الدعم المادي الذي يقدمه القطاع الإنتاجي للحاضنات والبحث العلمي لتوفير التمويل اللازم له، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للحاضنات التكنولوجية، والشراكة ومظاهرها، وتحليل جملة المؤشرات التي توضح وضعية الحاضنات في علاقتها بالمؤسسات الإنتاجية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك حاجة ملحة لتفعيل دور البحث العلمي من خلال الحاضنات التكنولوجية وربطه بالصناعة لإرساء دعائم مجتمع المعرفة حيث تعد حلقة الوصل بين الصناعة ومؤسسات البحث العلمي، بالإضافة إلى أن الشراكة بين الحاضنات التكنولوجية والمؤسسات الإنتاجية تأخذ صورا شتى منها: تحويل الأفكار الإبداعية وبراءات الاختراع إلى مشروعات إنتاجية تسهم في تحقيق الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة، وتبادل الخبرات بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات والمسئولين عن القطاعات الإنتاجية، وتنمية ثقافة العمل الحر لدى الطلاب.

The study aimed to identify the role of technological incubators as an innovative mechanism in activating the partnership between universities and productive institutions in Egypt, as well as building a knowledge society through the contribution of these incubators in the formation of knowledge capital among students and researchers required by the productive sector. It also aimed to define the frameworks of the reciprocal and participatory relationship between incubators and the existing productive institutions, so that incubators can work as experience houses for providing their consultations, services, support and organization mechanisms to assist and support entrepreneurs in managing and developing their projects, and solving their immediate and expected problems, which, in turn, might - provide more chances of success in exchange of the financial support provided by the productive sector for incubators and scientific research. Hence, the study utilized the descriptive analytical research approach to delineate the conceptual framework of the technological incubators, the related concepts, partnership, its dimensions, and manifestations, and to analyze a set of indicators that clarify the position of incubators in their relationship with productive institutions. Among the most important results are: that there is an urgent need to activate the role of scientific research and link it with the industry to lay the foundations of the knowledge society, and to enhance the trust bonds between scientific research and the joint productive sectors through academic and industrial partners. As such, technological incubators are a link between the industry and the scientific research institutions. Therefore, creative ideas and patents must be transformed to productive projects that contribute to achieving the knowledge-based economy, where the added value achieved by incubators for the industry depending on the quality of support and consulting services provided.
