المستخلص: تعد الشراكة بين مؤسسات التعليم والمجتمع بمؤسساته المختلفة من الموضوعات الحديثة والهامة، وخاصة في ظل متغيرات الألفية الثالثة التي تتطلب نظاما تعليميا يتميز بجودة عالية وقدرة على التنافس المحلي الإقليمي والعالمي، فتدعيم وتعزيز الروابط من أجل تحقيق هذه الشراكة يعتبر من أهم المجالات التي ينبغي الاهتمام بها لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في العملية الإنتاجية التي أصبحت تعتمد بشكل رئيس على قوة المؤسسات التعليمية وتميزها على جميع المستويات، فمن خلال تبادل الخبراء والتعاون من أجل الاستفادة من منتجها وما تمتلكه من إمكانات مادية، وما تقدمه لها مؤسسات المجتمع من دعم ومساهمة في علاج مشكلاتها وتحسين جودتها بل وتميزها. جاء البحث الحالي لرصد الإطار الفكري لهذه الشراكة وخبرات بعض الدول في ذلك من أجل تفعيل آلياتها على مستوى المجتمع المصري، وتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لذلك. ومن أجل الوصول لذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. ومن خلال تحليل المحاور التي تضمنها البحث يمكن القول إن أهم متطلبات تفعيل آليات هذه الشراكة تتمثل في: ضرورة إيمان المسئولين عن مؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة بما فيها مؤسسات التعليم بأهمية الشراكة وثقافتها ودورها في تنمية المجتمع وتطويره وتحقيق تميزه بما يعود بالنفع على جميع أفراده... توفير المناخ الملائم الذي يسمح بتحقيق ذلك من خلال غرس مفهوم الديموقراطية في هذه المؤسسات وممارسته بما يحقق أهداف هذه الشراكة.

Partnership between educational institutions and society with its various institutions is considered one of the most modern and important issues, especially with the third millennium variables that require an educational system characterized by a high quality and a high level of regional and global competitiveness. Strengthening links to achieve this partnership is one of the most important areas that should be given attention due to its significant importance in the productive process that has become mainly relied on the strength and excellence of educational institutions at all levels. Through the exchange of experts and cooperation to take advantage of its product and its own the materials, supported by the community institutions of support and contributions to treating their problems and improving their quality and even excellence, the current research was to identify the intellectual framework for this partnership and the experiences of some countries in this area in order to activate its mechanisms at the level of the Egyptian society and determine the requirements needed for that.. To achieve that, the descriptive approach was used. By analyzing the research issues, it can be said that the most important requirements of activating these mechanisms are: Belief of officials at the level of various society institutions in the importance of the partnership, its culture and its role in developing the society, and achieving its excellence, which benefits all its individuals. Providing appropriate climate that allows this to be achieved by instilling the concept of democracy in these institutions and practicing it to achieve the objectives of this partnership.
