|a هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن الاتجاهات النفسية لطلاب الجامعة نحو المشاركة المجتمعية المتمثلة في خدمة المجتمع والعمل التطوعي بكافة أشكاله، بالإضافة إلى فحص طبيعة العلاقات بين مستوى الاتجاهات وبعض المتغيرات الثقافية والاجتماعية كالمرحلة التعليمية (دنيا/عليا)، التخصص (علمي/أدبي)، الخلفية الثقافية (ريف/ حضر)، والنوع (ذكور /إناث). وتكونت عينة البحث من (447) طالب وطالبة من كليات جامعة الأزهر وجامعة عين شمس. وتم تطبيق مقياس الاتجاهات النفسية نحو المشاركة المجتمعية بمكوناته الثلاثة: معرفي وجداني، نزوعي (إعداد الباحثان). وبتحليل البيانات إحصائيا، أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود اتجاهات إيجابية لدى الشباب نحو المشاركة المجتمعية والعمل التطوعي على مستوى الوعي والإدراك والميل العاطفي، في حين لم تبدو تلك الاتجاهات موجودة على مستوى المشاركة الفعلية، كما لم تبدو فروق بين الذكور والإناث في كافة مكونات الاتجاه فيما عدا الميل للمشاركة لصالح الإناث، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين الطلاب ذوي التخصص العلمي والأدبي وطلاب السنوات الدنيا والنهائية وطلاب الريف والحضر في اتجاهاتهم نحو المشاركة، في حين جاءت فروق فارقة بين الطلاب المتزوجين وغير المتزوجين في الدرجة الكلية للاتجاهات وفي المشاركة الفعلية لصالح الطلاب غير المتزوجين، وفسرت هذه النتائج في ضوء الواقع الفعلي وبعض الدراسات والنظريات.

|b The current research aimed to examine the psychological attitudes of university students towards the community participation represented in community service and all forms of volunteer work, in addition to examining the relations among the level of attitudes and some cultural and social variables, such as the educational level (lower / higher), specialization (scientific / literary), cultural background (Rural urban), and gender (male / female), and marital status(married / unmarried). The research sample consisted of (447) male and female students from the colleges of Al-Azhar University and Ain Shams University. A scale of psychological attitudes towards community participation was administered with its three components: cognitive, emotional, and behavioral (prepared by the researchers), and analyzing data statistically, the results of the research revealed that there are positive attitudes among young people towards community participation and voluntary work at the level of awareness, awareness and emotional inclination, while these attitudes did not exist at the level of actual participation, as there were no differences between males and females in all components of the attitude except for the tendency to participate in favor of females; in addition, there were no differences between students with scientific and literary specialization and students of lower and final years in their attitudes towards participation, while differences came between married and unmarried students in the overall degree of attitudes and in actual participation in favor of unmarried students, these results were explained in light of the actual reality and some studies and theories.
