المستخلص: الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد: فهذا البحث الموسوم ب (المسائل العقدية المستنبطة من وثيقة مكة المكرمة) يهدف إلى: بيان معنى وثيقة مكة المكرمة. وكذلك إلى بيان موافقة وثيقة مكة المكرمة لمعتقد السلف في الإيمان بالله، وعبادته، وفي الوسطية والاعتدال، وفي محاربة الإرهاب والتطرف، والشعارات العنصرية والطائفية، وموافقتها كذلك لمعتقد السلف في الحوار. ومنهجي في هذا البحث هو: المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث: أن رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز -حفظه الله-للمؤتمر، وتسلمه للوثيقة أعطى هذه الوثيقة ميزة خاصة، ومكانة مرموقة. ومن النتائج كذلك: موافقة وثيقة مكة المكرمة لمعتقد السلف في المسائل التي تمت دراستها، وهي: الإيمان بالله، وعبادته، والوسطية والاعتدال، ومحاربة الإرهاب والتطرف، والشعارات العنصرية والطائفية. كما وافقت وثيقة مكة المكرمة لمعتقد السلف في الحوار. ومن النتائج المهمة كذلك: أن من أشد أنواع التحديات التي تواجهها الأمة الإسلامية اليوم: الإرهاب والتطرف. ومن أهم التوصيات التي يراها الباحث: تفعيل بنود وثيقة مكة المكرمة من خلال المؤتمرات، واللقاءات العلمية، وورش العمل. كما أن هناك مسائل عقدية أخرى في الوثيقة محتاج إلى دراسات علمية عقدية. ومن التوصيات المهمة على الجميع مسؤولية حفظ النشء من الأفكار الإرهابية والتطرفية، والدعوة إلى الشعارات العنصرية والطائفية.

Praise be to God and prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. This research is about Makkah Charter as (Doctorial issues elicited from the Makkah chart .The mai objective is to identify the Muslim World League and clarify the meaning of the Makkah Charter, and subsequently indicating the significance of this charter in the call or da’wa to belief in Allah, His worship. It also aims to prove that it is an advocacy of moderation, dialogue, observing the reverence and respect for scholars and at the same time combating extremism, terrorism, racism, sectarianism. The methodology adopted in this study results in the following findings; the sponsorship of Makhaah charter by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz has given this document a special position and prominent advanta. Among the results of this study is the assertion that Makkah charter is in line with the belief of the predecessors in the studied issues, namely: belief and worship of God, moderation, fighting terrorism and extremism, and racist and sectarian slogans. The Mecca document also consolidates the belief of the predecessors in the dialogue. Among the important results also is the assertion that the Islamic Ummah was distinguished by moderation .It also shows that one of the most compelling challenges facing the Islamic Ummah is terrorism and extremism .It further asserts that, only the reverent scholar can oversee the grandeur and interest of the (Umma). Among the most important results, that the researcher sees is the need to activate the articles of the Makkah Charter through conferences, forums, workshops, and carrying out other studies related to this charter. Everyone has a unique responsibility to protect young people from terrorist and extremist ideas, and to protect against racist and sectarian slogans.
