المستخلص: يحتوي هذا البحث على بعض من الشبهات التي أثيرت حول المصدر الثاني من مصادر التشريع وهو السنة النبوية على صاحبها أفضل الصلاة والسلام، وهذا الأمر ليس بجديد، فمنذ بعثته عليه الصلاة والسلام وأعداؤه بل إن بعضا ممن ينتسبون إلى الإسلام ويتسمون بأسمائه ممن يريدون الشهرة وذيوع الصيت لا يألون جهدا في النيل منه عليه الصلاة والسلام بالطعن في كلامه تارة، واتهامه بما ليس فيه تارة أخري، وتتاح لهم وسائل الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة والمقروءة في كل مكان وزمان بدعوي حرية الفكر والراي، قاصدين من وراء ذلك تقويض الإسلام وهدمه من خلال مصدره الثاني الذي أجمع المسلمون على حجيته ووجوب العمل بما جاء فيه، ونسوا أن الذي تكفل بحفظه هو رب العالمين سبحانه قال تعالي: "إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ". ويهدف البحث إلى: الدفاع عن سنة سيد الخلق صلى الله عليه وسلم ورد هذه الشبهات المزعومة وبيان ما فيها من زيف وبطلان وأنها مجرد ادعاءات وافتراءات على سيد الخلق صلى الله عليه وسلم لا سند علمي صحيح لها، هذا وقد قسمت البحث إلى: مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد ذكرت فيها سبب اختيار الموضوع، والخطة المتبعة في البحث، وأما التمهيد: فقد تحدثت فيه باختصار عن تعريف السنة ومكانتها في التشريع، والمبحث الأول: تناولت فيه الحديث عن الشبهة الأولي وهي دعوي الاستغناء بالقرآن والرد عليها، والمبحث الثاني: تكلمت فيه عن الشبهة الثانية وهي أن الله عز وجل لم يتكفل بحفظ السنة كما تكفل بحفظ القرآن الكريم والرد عي ذلك، وأما المبحث الثالث: فخصصته للرد على الشبهة الثالثة وهي عرض السنة على القرآن الكريم، وأما الخاتمة فقد ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات والمصادر والمراجع.

This research contains some of the suspicions that have been raised about the second source of legislation, which is the Sunnah of the Prophet, whose author is the best of prayers and peace, and this matter is not new. They are making an effort to undermine him, may blessings and peace be upon him, by challenging his words at times, and accusing him of something that is not in it at other times, and visual, audio and readable media are available to them everywhere and at all times, claiming freedom of thought and opinion, intending behind this to undermine and destroy Islam through its second source that Muslims have gathered On his authority and the necessity to act according to what is stated in it. And they forgot that the Lord of the worlds, may He be glorified, has ensured that He will be preserved. Allah said: "We have sent down the Remembrance, and we guard it for Him". "إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ" The research aims at: Defending the Sunnah of the Master of Creation, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and responding to these alleged suspicions and explaining their falsehood and falsehood and that they are just allegations and fabrications against the Master of Creation, may God bless him and grant him peace. This research has been divided into: An introduction, an introduction and three investigations, In conclusion, as for the introduction, I mentioned the reason for choosing the topic and the plan followed in the research, and as for the introduction: I spoke briefly in it about the definition of the Sunnah and its place in legislation, And the first topic: I dealt with the discussion about the first suspicion, which is the claim of dispensing with the Qur’an and responding to it, And the second topic: It contains the second suspicion, which is that God Almighty has not taken care of conservation The Sunnah also guarantees memorizing the Noble Qur’an and responding to that. As for the third topic, it is devoted to responding to the third suspicion, which is the presentation of the Sunnah to the Holy Qur’an. As for the conclusion, the most important findings, recommendations, sources and references are mentioned in it.
