المستخلص: يدرس البحث مرويات الأمر بـ (الصلاة في الرحال) عند العذر من مطر وغيره دراسةً حديثيةً تحليليةً، من خلال جمع طرقها، ودراسة أسانيدها، ومعرفة المقبول منها والمردود، وتحرير ما وقع فيها من اختلافات وعلل، ويسعى البحث لجمع ألفاظ هذه المرويات وتحليلها، وتحرير مسائلها الفقهية، وبيان دلالتها، ومعرفة مواقف العلماء في الأخذ بها. وقد جمعت الدراسة ثماني مرويات عن ثمانية من الصحابة في موضوع الأمر بالصلاة في الرحال عند العذر من مطر نحوه، وقد تعددت مخارج هذه الأحاديث، وأسبابها، ومواضع وقوعها. وقد دلت هذه المرويات بعمومها على مشروعية الصلاة في الرحال عند العذر من مطر ونحوه، وقد يتوجب الصلاة في الرحال عند مظنة حصول العدوى بمرض من باب قياس الأولى، كما دلت على مشروعية تضمين الأذان الأمر بالصلاة في الرحال، وأن هذا اللفظ من الكلام المشروع أثناء الأذان، وأنه ليس من ألفاظ الأذان المتعبد بها، وأن المؤذن مخير في أن يجعله في أثناء الأذان أو بعده. ويتنبه إلى ضرورة العناية بتمحيص ألفاظ المتون وبيان مقبولها من مردودها؛ إذ كثيراً ما استنبط بعض الفقهاء أحكاماً من ألفاظ لا تثبت، أو العكس بمنع مشروعية أحكامٍ؛ ظناً بعدم وجود ما يدل عليها من دلالات ألفاظ السنة النبوية.

The research addresses the narrated materials of the command to perform (prayer in dwellings) with the excuse of rain and others in an analytical hadith study through combining their methods, studying their chains of transmission, learning about the accepted and rejected from among them, detailing eccentricities and blemishes that occurred to them. The research seeks to collect and analyze the words of these narrated materials, explain in detail their jurisprudential questions, point out their significance, and learn about the views of scholars on adopting them. The study combined eight narrated materials of eight companions on the subject of the command to perform (prayer in dwellings) with the excuse of rain and others. There were various joint transmitters of same narrative of these hadiths, reasons and occasions. These narrated materials generally indicate the permissibility of conducting prayer in dwellings with the excuse of rain and others. Prayer may be performed in dwellings on presumption of occurrence of an infectious disease by analogy of prioritization. They also imply the permissibility of including the command to perform prayer in dwellings in Adhan (the call to prayer), that this wording is of the permissible speech during Adhan, is not of the sacred wording of Adhan, and the Mu’ddin (the caller to prayer) has the option to say it during or after Adhan. It notes that attention should be paid to peruse and examine the words of texts and figure out the accepted and rejected ones. Some jurists, at many occasions, deduced injunctions from baseless words or vice versa by denying the permissibility of injunctions on presumption that there are no words of prophetic tradition indicating them.
