المستخلص: It is considered that the Iranian-American nuclear agreement has its implications and repercussions for the region. Perhaps one of the most important repercussions related to the security and stability of the Gulf on the one hand, and repercussions on the Israeli side, for its link to Gulf security and stability. Did the Gulf states accept this agreement, what is their reaction to it, and what has actually happened? Likewise, did Israel accept this agreement, what is its reaction to this agreement, and what actually happened? Especially since Israel is a supporter of the military strike against Iran's nuclear project, whatever the effects and at any price. Also, the importance of the agreement increased, after the former US president (Obama) left, and after him came in January 2017, a new president, Arnold Trump, and among his decisions was to reject the agreement and suspend it and invite Iran to re-discuss it and reach a new agreement, with new terms, which had repercussions. Great that warrants monitoring. Hence, the subject of the study revolves around the developments of the Iranian-American conflict and its regional repercussions. The subject of the study deals with the Iranian-American rapprochement in political analysis as it is the primary harvest in the battle of the conflict between the two parties and what this rapprochement can lead to in terms of repercussions on all levels and the internal, regional and international levels, with Focusing on the implications of this rapprochement on the security and stability of the Arab Gulf region.

يعتبر للاتفاق النووي الإيراني - الأمريكي، له أثاره وتداعياته على المنطقة. ولعل من أهم التداعيات ما يتعلق بأمن واستقرار الخليج من ناحية، وتداعيات على الطرف الإسرائيلي، لصلته بأمن الخليج واستقراره. فهل تقبلت دول الخليج هذا الاتفاق، وما رد فعلهم عليه، وما حدث بالفعل من آثار؟ كذلك هل تقبلت إسرائيل هذا الاتفاق، وما رد فعلها على هذا الاتفاق، وماذا حدث بالفعل؟ خاصةً وأن إسرائيل من أنصار الضربة العسكرية ضد المشروع النووي لإيران أياً كانت الآثار وأياً كان الثمن. كما أن الاتفاق ازدادت أهميته، بعدما خرج (أوباما) الرئيس الأمريكي السابق، وجاء بعده في يناير 2017م، رئيس جديد هو أرنولد ترامب، وكان من قراراته رفض الاتفاق وتعليقه ودعوة إيران إلى إعادة مناقشته والوصول إلى اتفاق جديد، وبشروط جديدة، مما كان له تداعيات كبيرة تستدعي الرصد. ومن ثم فإن موضوع الدراسة يدور حول تطورات الصراع الإيراني الأمريكي وتداعيات ذلك إقليمياً، فإن موضوع الدراسة يتناول التقارب الإيراني الأمريكي بالتحليل السياسي باعتباره الحصاد الأولي في معركة الصراع بين الطرفين وما يمكن أن يؤدي إليه هذا التقارب من تداعيات على جميع الأصعدة والمستويات الداخلية والإقليمية والدولية، مع التركيز على انعكاسات هذا التقارب على أمن واستقرار منطقة الخليج العربي.
