تقوم شركات المصرية بممارسة التأمين على محطات توليد القوي الكهربائية أثناء مرحلة الإنشاء وفقا" للسعر الذي تحدده شركات إعادة التأمين بالخارج دون أن تقوم شركات التأمين المصرية بدراسة الأخطار التي قد تتعرض لها تلك المحطات لكي تقوم بإدارتها ومواجهة المحتمل منها. مما يؤدي إلى أن يتم دفع قسط تأمين غير عادل، ولذلك قام الباحث بدراسة الأخطار التي تتعرض لها محطات توليد القوي الكهربائية أثناء مرحلة الإنشاء والعوامل المؤثرة في الخطر وذلك من خلال القيام بعمل التحليل العاملي لبيان أثر ذلك وتحديد المتغيرات التابعة والمستقلة، ثم دراسة كيفية مواجهة هذه الأخطار من خلال تحديد أفضل الوسائل لإدارتها عن طريق إصدار وثيقة تأمين لنقل أعباء هذه الأخطار إلى جهة تكون أكثر احترافا في كيفية إدارة وتحمل أعباء هذه الأخطار. ثم قام الباحث بدراسة الخبرة السابقة لمجموعة المحطات التي تم إنشاؤها بالفعل خلال الفترة الزمنية من عام 2000 حتى عام 2015 وصولا إلى اقتراح نموذج كمي لتسعير هذه الأخطار بواسطة شركات التأمين من خلال دراسة التغطيات التأمينية والبيانات والخبرة السابقة الموجودة بالسوق المصرية وتم اختبار مصداقية النموذج المقترح ومخرجاته ولذا فإننا نوصي شركات التأمين باتباع المنهج العلمي لتحليل الأخطار واستخدام النموذج المقترح عند تسعير هذه الأخطار.

Therefore, the researcher studied the exposure which electric power generating stations are exposed during the construction phase and the factors affecting the exposure by doing a factor analysis to demonstrate the effect of that and determine the dependent and independent variables, then study how to manage these exposures by identifying the best means to manage them by issuing An insurance policy to transfer the burdens of these risks to a party that is more professional in how to manage and bear the burdens of these risks Then the researcher studied the previous experience of the group of stations that had already been established during the time period from 2000 to 2015, leading to the proposal of a quantitative model for pricing these risks by insurance companies through studying insurance coverage, data and previous experience in the Egyptian insurance market, and the reliability of the proposed model and its outputs was tested. We recommend that insurance companies follow a scientific approach to analyzing risks and use the proposed model when pricing these risks.
