المستخلص: إن الحفاظ على هوية البيئة ذات الطابع المميز يشكل تحديا قويا في مفهوم عملية التنمية والإبقاء على مقومات البيئة الجمالية المميزة مع الوضع في الاعتبار العديد من المشكلات الحقيقية كالتخلص من العشوائية التي تعدت على مفهوم التنسيق والتجميل البيئي وأحدثت نوعا من الخلط في الذوق العام بين احتياجات الإنسان الأساسية وذوقه الخاص ومجال التعبير عن هذا الذوق. ولذلك يهدف البحث إلى توضيح أهمية الاستفادة من الأسس العلمية والتصميمية في تنمية البيئة والارتقاء بخدماتها الإنسانية للوصول إلى مجتمع يحافظ على البيئة بكل ما تتضمنه من طرق ومرافق، فاعتياد الجمال داخل البيئة ينعكس على السلوك العام لقاطنيها وروادها. وتأكيد دور المشاركة الأهلية والمجتمعية لتقوية مفاهيم التملك الجماعي للبيئة والافتخار بها والحفاظ على هوية عناصرها الجمالية والوظيفية في مقاومة بعض السلبيات المتوقع حدوثها، ووضع الخطط الإجرائية لمعالجتها أولا بأول، وسن القوانين والتشريعات التي يجب أن يلتزم بها السكان بالاشتراك مع المسئولين عن التخطيط والصيانة والنظافة، مع إسناد جزء من تلك المهام إلى بعض الشركات كنوع من الدعاية والإعلان والمساندة في التنمية والتخلص من العشوائية، وإرساء مفهوم ثقافة التواصل بين أفراد المجتمع ومؤسساته الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

keeping the identity of the environment with a distinctive character represents a strong challenge in the concept of the development process and preserving the distinctive aesthetic components of the environment, taking into account many of the real problems such as getting rid of randomness that encroached on the concept of coordination and environmental beautification and created a kind of confusion in public taste between the basic human needs and his own taste and the field of expression of that taste. The research aims to clarify the importance of utilizing the scientific and design foundations in applying aesthetic scheme for developing the environment and upgrading its human services in order to reach a society that keeps the environment with all its streets and facilities. The accustomed beauty of the environment is reflected in the general behavior of its residents and visitors. Emphasizing the role of community and community participation in strengthening the concepts of collective ownership of the environment and being proud of it, keeping the identity of its aesthetic and functional elements in resisting some of the negatives expected to occur, and developing procedural plans to deal with them in a timely manner and enacting laws and legislation that the population must adhere to in partnership with those responsible for planning, cleaning and maintenance, with the assignment of part of those tasks to some companies as a kind of propaganda, advertising and support in development and getting rid of randomness, and establishing the concept of a culture of communication between the individual of society and its economic and social institutions.
