المستخلص: إن علم قواعد التفسير من أهم العلوم التي لا غنى للمفسر عنها، فهي التي تعين على فهم كتاب الله - تبارك وتعالى - فهما صحيحا، وقد اعتمد عليها المفسرون الأوائل والمتأخرين في الترجيح بين الأقوال المختلفة في تفسير آيات القرآن، وبيان القول الصحيح منها واستبعاد ما عداه. ونظرا لأهمية هذا الموضوع أردت إلقاء الضوء على منهج الإمام الشوكاني في اختيار الرأي الصواب في معنى الآية، وبيان مدى اهتمامه بقواعد التفسير وتطبيقه لها عند الترجيح. وقد جاء البحث مشتملا على مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة، وقد اشتمل المبحث الأول على التعريف بالإمام الشوكاني وكتابه في التفسير، والتعريف بقواعد الترجيح ونشأت هذا العلم. أما المبحث الثاني فكان في الدراسة التحليلية لترجيحات الإمام الشوكاني في سورة الفرقان، وتناولت فيه دراسة ترجيحات الإمام التي صرح فيها بذكر القاعدة التي اعتمد عليها عند الترجيح، ودراسة المواضع التي رجح فيها دون ذكر لموجب الترجيح.

The science of the rules of interpretation is one of the most important sciences that are indispensable to the interpreter, because it is the one that has to understand the Book of Allah to bless and exalt the Exaltation, and the first and late interpreters have relied on them to weigh between different words in interpreting the verses of the Qur'an, and to make the correct statement from them and exclude others. In view of the importance of this topic, I wanted to shed light on imam Al-Shawkani's approach to choosing the right opinion in the meaning of the verse, and to show his interest in the rules of interpretation and apply it to them when weighting. The research included an introduction, two scholars and a conclusion, and the first topic included the introduction of Imam Al-Shawkani and his book in interpretation, and the definition of weighting rules and the emergence of this science. The second topic was in the analytical study of the weights of Imam Al-Shawkani in Surat al-Furqan, in which he discussed the study of the imam's weights, in which he stated that he mentioned the rule on which he relied upon when weighting, and the study of the places where he preferred without mentioning the duty to weight.
