|a تشكل الأوضاع الاقتصادية الصعبة التي تعيشها المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، والتقلبات الإقليمية والدولية التي تؤثر مباشرة على الاستقرار السياسي الداخلي، تحديات تدفع باتجاه إعادة التموضع وعلى كافة المستويات، ليس بوصفها خياراً سياسياً، بل لأن إعادة التموضع ضرورة حتمية بالنسبة للأردن، فهو المدخل الرئيسي في عملية التسويق الاستراتيجي للدولة، في ضوء المعطيات الاستراتيجية الراهنة، وعلى كافة المستويات السياسية، والاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والأمنية. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على إشكاليات التموضع السياسي للدولة الأردنية، وتحديداً ما يتصل بملف الإصلاح السياسي وعلاقة الحكومة بالبرلمان، والموقف من جماعة الإخوان المسلمين. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن ملف الإصلاح السياسي لا زال متعثراً، وتعتريه إشكاليات متعددة، إذ إن وتيرة الإصلاح تكاد تكون متوقفة، بفعل زوال المؤثرات الدافعة إلى ذلك؛ فقد أسهمت أحداث الربيع العربي في الدفع باتجاه الإصلاح، إلا أن الفترة اللاحقة قد شهدت تراجعاً واضحاً في مسيرة الإصلاح، حيث لا زالت السلطة التنفيذية تهيمن على السلطة التشريعية، ولم يؤسس لإنتاج مؤسسة برلمانية فاعلة، بل وساهم ضعف الأحزاب السياسية، وهشاشة المعارضة، وقوانين الانتخاب، في تعميق تشوه المشهد السياسي. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن علاقة جماعة الإخوان المسلمين بالدولة قد بدأ يعتريها نوع من المراجعات، وأن حالة الاستقطاب السياسي بينهما في تزايد، وتخضع لاعتبارات إقليمية بشكل كبير، وأن النظام الأردني ربما لا يريد إعادة إنتاج علاقاته السابقة مع الجماعة نتيجة لتغير الظروف الدولية والإقليمية.

|b The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan's difficult economic situation and the regional and international volatility that directly affects domestic political stability pose challenges that push for repositioning at all levels. Not as a political choice, Repositioning has become an imperative for Jordan. It is the main entry point in the strategic marketing process of the State. In the light of current strategic data and at all political, economic, social, and security levels. This study highlighted the problems of the political positioning of the Jordanian State, specifically concerning the political reform file, the Government's relationship with Parliament, and the attitude towards the Muslim Brotherhood. The study concluded that the political reform process was still tricky and has many problems. The pace of reform halted due to the demise of the driving effects. The events of the Arab Spring have contributed to the push for reform, but the subsequent period has seen a marked decline in the reform process. Moreover, as the executive still dominates the legislature and the establishment of an influential parliamentary institution has not been established, the distortion of the political landscape has deepened the weakness of political parties and the fragility of the opposition and electoral laws. The study also found that the Muslim Brotherhood's relationship with the State had begun to be subject to some revision. The State of political polarization between them was on the rise and was primarily subject to regional considerations. Therefore, the Jordanian regime may not want to recreate its previous relations with the Community due to changing international and regional circumstances.
