المستخلص: (اتخذ (الشابي) من خطاب الشعب وسيلة فنية لتجسيد روح الوطنية والقومية بشكل فريد، يخالف ما تعارف عليه الشعراء من تصوير بيئاتهم الوطنية والتغني بأمجادهم، لقد رغب عن التغني بالأمجاد وآثر أن يوقظ في شعبه روح الثورة والتمرد على واقعهم الاستعماري المرير، لم يرض بفقرهم وتخلفهم عن ركب الإنسانية، فراح ينفث فيهم تلك الروح الأبية، ووقف قدرا كبيرا من شعره لتحقيق تلك الغاية، ولقد خرج عليهم في صور فنية مختلفة، أبرزها شخصية الواعظ الأمين ليقدم إليهم رسالة إنسانية هادفة بطريق الخطاب الفني المباشر، ولقد كانت علاقته بشعبه شائكة ليأسه من استجابتهم لدعوته من جهة وتمردهم عليه واستقلال شأنه وفضله، فاتخذ من الغاب ورحاب الطبيعة ملجأ ليريح نفسه من عناء كفاحه المرير. وفي سبيل الكشف عن موقف الشاعر من شعبه، وتعريف مصطلح الخطاب وكيف آثره وسيلة للتواصل معهم، مرورا بشخصية الشابي وثقافته، وتوضيح مفهوم الشعب وعلاقته بدلالاته الفكرية والنقدية في الخطاب، والكشف عن رسالة الشابي إلى شعبه، ثم انتهاء بتناول السمات الفنية للغة الخطاب في شعره، والتي تمثلت في نزعته الذاتية، ومعجمه الشعري، ونزعته الخطابية، وتوظيف التكرار، والصورة الفنية، والموسيقى، والإطلاق والمبالغة، ثم الطابع الوطني والقومي، لقد حرص البحث على تناول ذلك بما يحقق الغاية من تناول مثل هذا الموضوع).

(Chebbi) took from the speech of the people an artistic means to embody the spirit of patriotism and nationalism uniquely, contrary to what the poets are familiar with in the depiction of their national environments and singing with their glories, he wanted to sing with glory and chose to awaken in his people the spirit of revolution and rebellion on the reality Their bitter colonial, not satisfied with their poverty and their failure from the knees of humanity, so he breathed in them that fatherly spirit, and he stood a great deal of his poetry to that end, and he went out on them in various artistic images, most notably the character of the faithful preacher to give them a meaningful human message through the speech His relationship with his people was thorny to despair of their response to his call on the one hand and their rebellion against him and the independence of his affair and virtue, he took from the jungle and the rehab of nature a refuge to relieve himself from the trouble of his bitter struggle. In order to reveal the poet's position on his people, and to define the term speech and how he chose it as a means of communicating with them, through the personality and culture of Chebbi, and to clarify the concept of the people and their relationship to their intellectual and critical connotations in the speech, and to reveal the message of Chebbi to his people, and then end by addressing the technical features of the language of speech In his poetry, which consisted of his self-imality, poetic dictionary, rhetorical tendencies, repetition, artistic image, music, release and exaggeration, and then national and national character, the research was keen to address this in order to achieve the purpose of dealing with such a topic.
