المستخلص: Le Maroc dispose de plus de 100 grands barrages, la plupart édifiés depuis 1966. Les eaux des barrages constituent une source importante pour l’approvisionnement en eau de boisson, d’irrigation, etc... Outre leurs rôles essentiels dans l’agriculture, les eaux des barrages offrent des conditions particulières pour la faune et la flore aquatique. Le Barrage Hassan Addakhil situé au piémont sud du Haut Atlas Centro-oriental, constitue une unité importante dans la région d’Errachidia, permet de maîtriser les crues et garantir un volume régularisé de 100 Mm3 d’eau par an. Il assure l’irrigation de la vallée du Ziz et la palmeraie de Tafilalet.
Dans cette étude, nous allons essayer d’étudier l’impact du barrage Hassan Addakhil sur les aspects environnementaux, économiques, socio-institutionnels et la qualité de vie de la population locale d’oasis Amezoug-el kheng .


Morocco has more than 100 large dams, most of them built since 1966. Dam water is an important source for the supply of drinking water, irrigation, etc. In addition to their essential roles in agriculture, the waters of the dams offer special conditions for aquatic flora and fauna. The Hassan Addakhil Dam, located in the southern piedmont of the Central-Eastern High Atlas, constitutes an important unit in the Errachidia region, making it possible to control floods and guarantee a regulated volume of 100 Mm3 of water per year. It provides irrigation for the Ziz valley and the Tafilalet palm grove.
In this study, we will try to study the impact of the Hassan Addakhil dam on the environmental, economic, socio-institutional aspects and the quality of life of the local population of Amezoug-El kheng oasis.
