تمكن المقدمة وأهمية البحث في محاولة الباحث أظهار أهمية التفاعل بين البيئة التعليمية بكافة أو بعض مكوناتها كالسياسة التعليمية التي تنتهجها الدولة من حيث الأهداف الإستراتيجية أو المرحلية ومدي استقلالية أو مركزية العمل في المؤسسات التعليمية والمنهج الدراسي أو المستلزمات الدراسية أو مستويات الطلبة والأساتذة المعرفية في التخصص العام والدقيق وأساليب التدريب وغيرها وما بين المجتمع والذي سيشكل المتخرجين من المؤسسات التعليمية الجامعية جزءا أساسيا منه بالإضافة إلي العائلة وباقي أجزاء المجتمع هذا من جهة وعلاقة كل ذلك بجودة ما سينتج من مخرجات تعليمية تستطيع تطوير نفسها والمجتمع الذي تكون فيه لا بل مجمل الحضارة الإنسانية وأهمية ذلك من حيث سوق العمل ومدي استيعابه لتلك المخرجات للاستفادة منها سواء في القطاع الحكومي أو الخاص في المجال الرياضي من جهة أخري. \\ \\\ أما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في إن هناك ضعفا في كثير من المؤسسات التعليمية العربية في القدرة علي إفادة سوق العمل بالكوادر المطلوبة من جهة ومن جهة أخري قد لا تلبي هذه المخرجات حاجات المجتمع المستقبلية واقتصارها علي المعلومات الكلاسيكية الأكاديمية البحتة التي تلقتها وسبب ذلك عدم تفاعل المؤسسات التعليمية مع حاجات المجتمع لذا فمن الضروري إن تكون هناك مراجعات دورية للسياسات التعليمية ورسم الإستراتيجيات التي تأخذ بنظر الاعتبار تطور المجتمع والطفرات العلمية التي حصلت في كثير من المؤسسات العلمية في المعرفة والسبيل الصحيح يكون من خلال الإفادة من برامج الجودة وتطبيقها بصورة تضمن الاستفادة القصوى منها وذلك عن طريق مساعدة الأجهزة الحكومية والقطاع الخاص في دعم هذه البرامج من حيث أساليب التدريب. \\ ويهدف البحث إلي: \\ \\\ دراسة إستراتيجية التفاعل بين البيئة التعليمية والمجتمع وأثرها علي جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي كالخبرة التعليمية والتدريبية المكتسبة وبعض الإمكانات الاخرى المؤثرة علي حياة الفرد وخاصة ما يحصل عليه من الأنشطة اللاصفية داخل الجامعة وملائمتها سوق العمل في كافة المجالات منها المجال الرياضي وهو ما يتوافق مع المقاييس والمؤشرات الكمية لضمان الجودة في اتحاد الجامعات العربية. \\ أما فرضية البحث فهي تبين أن: \\ \\\ هناك نتائج ايجابية من التفاعل بين البيئة التعليمية والمجتمع مما يؤثر علي جودة المخرجات التعليم العالي وسوق العمل في المجال الرياضي. \\ إجراءات البحث: تناول الباحث في المبحث الأول من بحثه مقدمة البحث وأهميته أما المبحث الثاني فتناول ماهية البيئة التعليمية وعلاقتها بالمجتمع في حين أن المبحث الثالث تضمن دراسة مخرجات التعليم العالي وسوق العمل في المجال الرياضي وأهمية نظام الجودة وماهيته وفي حين كان المبحث الرابع خاصا بايجابيات ومعوقات التفاعل في البيئة التعليمية وأساليب التدريب وعلاقتها بسوق العمل ومخرجات التعليم وأخيرا كرس المبحث الخامس للاستنتاجات والتوصيات. \\
Is presented and the importance of research in an attempt researcher show the importance of interaction between the learning environment in all or some of their components Calceasp educational policy of the State in terms of strategic goals or progress and the extent of independence or a central work in educational institutions and the curriculum or academic requisites or levels of students and teachers knowledge in the specialty –General and the exact and training methods, etc. between the community and which will be graduating from educational institutions, undergraduate essential part of it in addition to the family and the rest of this society on the one hand and the relationship of all of this quality what will result from the learning outcomes can develop themselves and the society in which where not even the entire human civilization and the importance in terms of market work and the extent of absorption of those outputs to take advantage of them, whether in government or private sector in the sports field on the other hand. \\ The research problem lies in that there is a weakness in many of the Arab educational institutions in the ability to benefit the labor market cadres required on the other hand, may not meet the output needs of the community’s future, limited information on the classical academic purely received and the reason for this lack of interaction of educational institutions with needs of the community is therefore essential that there be periodic reviews of educational policies and developing strategies that take into account the evolution of society and the advanced scientific obtained in many scientific institutions in the knowledge and the right way is through the utilization of quality programs and applied to ensure maximum benefit them and by assisting government agencies and the private sector in supporting these programs in terms of training methods. \\ The research aims to: Study of strategis interaction between the educational environment, society the impact on the quality of output of higher education such as experience and educational training gained and some other possibilities that affect a person’s life , especially what it gets from extra- curricular activities within the university and the suitability of the labor market in all areas, including the sports field which is consistent with the standards and quantitative indicators to ensure Quality of the Federation of Arab Universities. \\ The research hypothesis is found that: there are positive results from the interaction between the educational environment and society, which affects the quality of the outputs of higher education and the labor market in the sports field. \\ Search procedures: the researcher in the first section of his treatise Introduction of research and its importance the second section addressed the nature of the learning environment and their relationship to society while the third section included the study of higher education outputs and labor market in the sports field and the importance of the quality system and what it while the fourth section a special positive aspects and constraints of interaction in the educational environment and training methods and their relationship to the labor market and educational outcomes and finally the fifth section devoted to the conclusions and recommendations. \\
