المستخلص: The Study dealt with the social impact of Zalat Chamber’s projects in North Darfur State on the beneficiaries, it aimed to identify the types of projects and its appropriateness to the nature of the community, its contribution to the local social development, its positive and negative effects and social obstacle faced, in addition to its accommodation of poor social catergories affected by war, displacement and migration. The study used several methods represented in the historical method to track some of the socioeconomic phenomena related to the study in the past, its relation with the present to predict the future, and the descriptive method fot the variables of the study in addition to the statistical method to analyse and interpret data and the comparative approach to compare the study variables with each other. The study used the Simple Random Sample because of the homogeneity of the target population. The two researchers gathered data through a questionnaire based on interviews with the beneficiaries of the projects, in addition to observation and focus group discussions as well. The study used SPSS in data analysis and reached a number of results and can be reflected in: there are socioeconomic impacts of Zakat on the beneficiaries, such as, alleviate suffering, raise the income average, provision of basic services and job opportunities, as a result of the socioeconomic viability of projects and their pioneering role in social stability, despite challenges represented by insecurity condition, marketing difficulties, weak funding, as well as lack of training. The study recommended to pay attention to social awareness and training, following scientific methodology in projects ownership, increase the amount of financing to let these projects reach the level of sustainable development challenges which contributes to the local and national income and then, social stability, social impact

تناولت الدراسة الأثر الاجتماعي لمشروعات الزكاة بولاية شمال دارفور، وقد هدفت إلى التعرف على نوعية المشروعات ومدى ملاءمتها لطبيعة مجتمع الدراسة ومساهمتها في التنمية الاجتماعية المحلية وآثارها الإيجابية والسلبية والمعوقات الاجتماعية التي واجهتها، بالإضافة إلى مدى استيعابها للفئات الاجتماعية الفقيرة المتأثرة بالحرب والنزوح والهجرة. استخدمت الدراسة العديد من المناهج والمتمثلة في المنهج التاريخي لتتبع بعض الظواهر الاجتماعية الاقتصادية المرتبطة بالدراسة في الماضي وعلاقتها بالحاضر للتنبؤ بمستقبلها وكذلك المنهج الوصفي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات وتفسيرها، والمنهج المقارن لمقارنة متغيرات الدراسة ببعضها البعض. استخدمت الدراسة العينة العشوائية البسيطة لتجانس أفراد المجتمع المستهدف، وقد قام الباحثان بجمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة المبنية على المقابلات مع المستفيدين من المشروعات، بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة، ومجموعات النقاش البؤرية، وتم تحليل البيانات بالاعتماد على نظام تحليل الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج تتمثل أهمها في: هنالك آثار اجتماعية اقتصادية للزكاة على المستفيدين تمثلت في تخفيف المعاناة وزيادة متوسط الدخل وتوفير الخدمات الأساسية وفرص العمل نتيجة للجدوى الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمشروعات ودورها الرائد في الاستقرار الاجتماعي؛ رغم التحديات التي تمثلت في الظروف الأمنية وصعوبات التسويق وضعف التمويل وقلة التدريب. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بالتوعية الاجتماعية والتدريب والالتزام بالمنهجية العلمية في تمليك المشروعات وزيادة حجم التمويل لتكون هذه المشروعات في مستوى تحديات التنمية المحلية المستدامة التي تسهم في الدخل المحلي والقومي ومن ثم الاستقرار الاجتماعي.
