520 |b Sagglizade lived in a scientific environment, as his hometown in which he was born (Marash) was populated in Sagglizada's life, and the cultural movement in it was prosperous, and was characterized by the number of its schools and mosques. He found in his city what satisfies his scientific desire, so his life was divided between teaching and writing. Sajqali began increasing his education in his city, Marash, as there was a scientific environment in which science and scholars were available through the many schools, in which he studied at the hands of their scholars. But his ambition made him long for the journey in seeking knowledge, so he made two trips, the first was to Istanbul, where he studied there at the hands of his teacher, Sheikh Muhammad bin Mahmoud known as Dabbagh Zada, the Mufti of Islam, and the Sheikh of the Hanafi in his time, and Sheikh Hamza Effendi Al-Darandi, and he continued their lessons, and on a number of others From scholars in jurisprudence, fundamentals and other sciences, until he completed his education and returned to his city. Among the messages written by Sajqali Zada is the message of (the lands of Kharaji) by Sheikh Muhammad al-Marashi, which I signed for my choice to study his sources in it, as I touched on it a great importance in what was mentioned in it from the opinions, treatments and accurate analyzes of many of the procedures that the Sultan, his workers, or the land investor undertakes. Undoubtedly, these opinions and analyzes are derived from the breadth of the author's culture, and his deep understanding of the subject discussed in this letter."
