المستخلص: يعد مجال الأشغال الفنية من أهم المجالات الفنية التي تهتم بدراسة التراث والمحافظة عليه، لما له من دور فعال في التعبير عن ذوق وثقافة المجتمع الذي ينبع من البيئة المحيطة به والمتأثرة بالماضي. فيعد التراث المخزون الثقافي الذي يلاحظ في جميع منجزات الإنسان عبر تاريخه من خلال بيئته الثقافية. وإن التنوع الثقافي يعد عاملا إيجابيا في الفنون التشكيلية، فهو يدل علي تقاسم الثروة التي تجسدها كل ثقافة من ثقافات العالم، ويعمل على مد الجسور بين الثقافات، وإثراء وتنوع أشكال التعبير الفني من خلال عمليات التفاعل بينهم وتبادل الخبرات. ومن أجل ذلك تم اختيار فن المولا Mola art فهو من فنون التراث الأصيلة لثقافة هنود كونا في جزر سان بلاس قبالة ساحل بنما بأمريكا الوسطى، وهو فن يعتمد علي تصميم الزخارف بدلالات معينة في ثقافتهم، والتي تصاغ على عديد من الأشياء من أهمها الثياب الشعبية التقليدية لنساء الكونا، والتي تعتمد تصميماتها علي الخطوط المتكررة، والرموز المجردة من الزهور والحيوانات والبشر بأسلوب الأبليك بالخياطة لطبقات من القماش بالألوان الزاهية فوق بعضها، وتحظى المولا بأهمية كبيرة بالنسبة لسكانها وهويتها التقليدية. وحيث أنه من ضمن بنود مجلس قسم التربية الفنية بكلية التربية النوعية - جامعة أسيوط ، والتي توصى بعمل ورش عمل شهرية لإفادة الطلاب وإكسابهم مهارات مختلفة في جميع التخصصات، فقد رأت الباحثة أن تقوم بعمل ورشة عمل مقترحة بالاستفادة من فن المولا في ضوء المدرسة المستقبلية، لإضافة البعد الزمني الذي يعبر عن الحركة والطاقة وذلك عن طريق تتابع وتوالي الخطوط والمساحات والألوان، والرموز التي يستند عليها هذا الفن، وإكساب الطلاب مهارات هذا الفن المتجدر بثقافة هنود الكونا، للانفتاح على التجارب العالمية والاستفادة منها في إثراء وتنوع أشكال التعبير الفني بمجال الأشغال الفنية.

The field of handicrafts is on of the most important artistic fields which is concerned with the study and preservation of heritage. This field plays an effective role in the expression of elegance and the culture of the community which comes from the environment surrounding which affected by the past. So, we can say that all the cultural heritage which can be observed in all achievements of human throughout its history through its cultural environment. The cultural diversity is a positive factor in the fine arts. It means the sharing of wealth that embodies all the cultures of the world. In addition to, it connects between cultures and enriches the diversity forms of artistic expression through the interactions and exchanges the experiences. So, was selected The MOLA.ART it is one of the authentic heritage arts of the Kuna Indians culture, in San Blas Island off the coast Panama in central America. Moreover, it is an art which depends on the design of decorations with a certain significance in their culture. This culture frames in terms of many things such as popular traditional clothes to Kuna’s women, its design is based on the bright color, repeated lines, abstract symbols of flowers, animals, and humans, In an applique technique, by sewing several layers of different colored clothes above each other, So, Mola is an important art for its population and its traditional identity. Whereas, among the Items of the Council of Department of Art Education at the Faculty of Specific Education - Assiut University, which recommends holding monthly workshops to benefit students and provide them with different skills in All majors. The researcher decided to do a proposed training workshop to benefit from Mola art according to futurism, to add the time dimension which express the movement and energy by the sequence of lines area, colors, and symbols which depend on this art .and Providing students with the skills of this art, rooted in the culture of the Kuna Indians, to open up to international experiences and to benefit from them in enriching and diversifying forms of artistic expression in the field of handicrafts.
