يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على السمات الشخصية وعلاقتها بحالة قلق المباراة والتفكير الخططي لصانع اللعب (المعد) في رياضة الكرة الطائرة. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي كأحد فروع المنهج التحليلي – وذلك لوصف ما هو كائن في المحيط الرياضي. وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها (38) صانع لعب (معد) من معدي فرق الدرجة الأولى رجال للكرة الطائرة المشاركين بدوري الممتاز (أ) بـ ج.م.ع موسم 2009/ 2010م وذلك بالطريقة العمديه، وقد أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة. وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة إحصائياً بين درجة كل بعد من أبعاد قائمة قلق المباراة والمتمثلة في شدة (القلق المعرفي، البدني، الثقة بالنفس) وبين درجات أبعاد قائمة فرايبورج للشخصية والمتمثلة في (العصبية، الاكتئابية، السيطرة، الكف أو الضبط) في حين لم تكن علاقة الارتباط دالة إحصائياً بين درجات أبعاد شدة القلق ودرجات الإبعاد الأخرى لقائمة فرايبورج للشخصية (العدوانية، القابلية للاستثارة، الاجتماعية، المهدوء). كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة إحصائياً بين الدرجة الكلية لبعدي التفكير الخططي ودرجة كل بعد من أبعاد قائمة فرايبورج للشخصية (العصبية، الاكتئابية، الاجتماعية، الهدوء، السيطرة، الكف (الضبط))، فيما عدا درجتي البعدين (العدوانية، القابلية للاستثارة) حيث يظهر عدم وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة إحصائياً. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة دالة إحصائياً بين الدرجة الكلية لبعدي التفكير الخططي ودرجة بعدي (شدة واتجاه) القلق البدني والثقة بالنفس.

The researcher used the descriptive method as one of the branches of the analytical method - to describe what an object in the ocean sports is. The study was conducted on a sample of (38) play-maker (setter) of the setters of the first class teams, men's volleyball Champions League participants (A) in (A.R.E), 2009/2010 season and deliberate manner, The results of this study. there is correlation statistically significant between the degree of each dimension for the list of competition anxiety and the intensity (cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, self-confidence) and the degrees of the dimensions of a list of Freiburg's personality ana of (nervousness, depressive, control, gehemmtheit), while were not related to statistically significant correlation between the degree of severity of anxiety dimensions and degrees of other dimensions to the list of Freiburg personality (aggressiveness, ability to raise, social, calm) The results also showed a correlation statistically significant between the total score for two dimensions of tactical thinking and the degree of each dimension of a list of Freiburg personality (nervous, depressive, social, calm, control, gehemmtheit)), with the exception of two classes dimensions (aggressive, ability to raise), where showed there were no statistically significant correlation . The results also showed a statistically significant correlation between the total degree for two dimensions of tactical thinking and the two dimensions degree (intensity and direction) of somatic anxiety and self-confidence.
