المستخلص: هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على قرينة من قرائن الترجيح بين المرويات، وهي الترجيح بقرينة القصة باعتبارها من المصطلحات المتعلقة بعلم العلل، والتي تحتاج إلى دراسة تطبيقية فاحصة، فينبغي إبرازها وتسليط الضوء عليها؛ فتظهر هذه القرينة ظهورا كليا، ويتجلى للقارئ المراد منها. ولقد الباحث في بحثه هذا: تعريف العلة لغة واصطلاحا، وبين مكانة علم العلل وأهميته، وطرق معرفة العلة والكشف عنها، ثم تعرض للتعريف بقرائن الترجيح، وبيان ذكر الأئمة الحفاظ لها في كتبهم، ثم ذكر بعض قرائن الترجيح المستعملة عند أئمة النقد، ثم ذكر تعريف القصة في اللغة، وبين المراد بقصص السنة، وأنواعه وأهميته، ثم ذكر الترجيح بقرينة القصة وبيان صورها، ثم وصل إلى ثمرة الدراسة ومقصودها وهي دراسة أمثلة تطبيقية على ترجيح رواية صاحب القصة، وأمثلة تطبيقية أيضا على ترجيح الرواية التي تجعل الراوي يروي عن صاحب القصة، وختم بأمثلة تطبيقية على ترجيح الرواية التي فيها قصة.

This research focuses light upon an evidence of preponderance in between narrated stories; namely, the preponderance based upon a story as related to the science of motives, which is in need of an applied and intense study. This motive should be clarified and highlighted so that the story and its significance would appear clearly before the reader. Accordingly, this research includes a definition of the motive both linguistically and terminologically. It also observes the true value and importance of the science of motives, ways to recognize the motives and investigating them. Moreover, the research defines the evidence of preponderance as well as the Imams who reported them in their books and making reference to some of the indications utilized by the Imams of criticism. After that, the research introduces a definition of the story in language and what is meant by the stories of Sunnah, their types and their significance. The research also tells what is meant by evidence of motives and their forms. Finally, the research introduces practical examples of preponderance based upon narrated stories; hence the narrator narrates a story after its main individuals. The research concludes with an applied study containing examples of narratives, which are preponderant because they are based upon stories.
