المستخلص: إن مسألة إثبات الشفاعة العامة لسيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم يوم القيامة هي من المسائل المختلف عليها، بين مقربها أو منكر لها. وقد حاولت في هذا البحث إثبات ما أثبته القرآن، ألا وهي الشفاعة العامة لسيد الوجود محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم أو لغيره من الأنبياء والرسل والملائكة والمؤمنين، وكذا الرد على كل من أنكرها بأدلة من كتاب الله أو سنة رسول الله وإجماع المسلمين، وقد تناولت البحث في مبحثين تم تقسيمهما إلى عدة مطالب، المبحث الأول في مفهوم الشفاعة وشروطها وأقسامها وأنواع الشفاعة المثبتة، وجاء المبحث الثاني في أدلة الشفاعة والرد على منكريها، وقد ختم البحث بعدة نتائج أهمها: إن الشفاعة العامة يوم القيامة ثابتة لنبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم في كثير من المواقف، وذلك ثابت في الأدلة من الكتاب والسنة والأجماع، لكنها مشروطة ببعض الشروط لكي تصبح شفاعة صحيحة مقبولة، وذلك بعد أن يأذن الله في الشفاعة وأن يرضى عن المشفوع له، وهناك بعض الفرق التي تنكر شفاعة النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم لأهل الكبائر من أمته، والبعض منهم يقول بالشفاعة للمؤمنين المطيعين لرفع درجاتهم في الجنة، أما الفاسق فهو مخلد في النار فلا تنفع معه شفاعة، ومنهم من يقول بتكفير مرتكب الكبيرة، وغير ذلك.

The issue of proving public intercession for our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) on the Day of Resurrection is one of the disputed issues between its headquarters and its denier. In this research, I have tried to prove what the Qur’an has proven, specifically, a general intercession for the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) or for other prophets, messengers, angels and believers. As well as the response to everyone who denied it with evidence from the Holly Qur’an or the Sunnah of the Messenger of God and the consensus of Muslims. Also, I dealt with the research in two aspects that were divided into several demands; the first topic focus the concept of intercession, its conditions and divisions, and the types of proven intercession. The second topic came in the evidence of intercession and the response to those who deny it. The research was concluded with several results, the most important of which are: The general intercession on the Day of Resurrection is fixed for our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in many situations, and this is proven in the evidence from the Qur’an, the Sunnah and consensus, but it is conditional on some conditions in order for it to become valid intercession acceptable and that is after God permits the intercession and is satisfied with the intercessor for him. There are some groups that deny the intercession of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to the people of major sins from his community, and some of them say intercession for the obedient believers to raise their status in Paradise, and the evildoer is immortalized in Hell, so there is no benefit with his intercession and some of them say that the perpetrator of great expiation, and so on.
