المستخلص: في ضوء فروض البحث وأهدافه وفي حدود عينة البحث والأدوات المستخدمة وعرض مناقشة النتائج يمكن استخلاص ما يلي: 1- وجود علاقة عكسية سالبه دالة إحصائياً بين أبعاد مقياس قلق المستقبل ومقياس تقدير الذات للمدرب الرياضي. 2- وجود علاقة عكسية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين أبعاد مقياس قلق المستقبل ومقياس دافعية الانجاز في أعباد (الجوانب الانفعالية – الجوانب الجسمانية – المظاهر الحياتية – التشاؤم والتفكير السلبي للمستقبل) بينما توجد علاقية ارتباطيه موجبة بين مقياس دافعية الانجاز ومقياس قلق المستقبل في بعد (التفاؤل والتفكير الايجابي للمستقبل)

The researcher study aimed to identify the concern for future coaches judo and its relationship to self-esteem and achievement motivation on a sample of (80) coach Judo representatives of the area (Cairo - Giza - Eastern - Western), the researcher has built a measure of the concern the future, and applied the standard self-esteem to coach sports preparation Mohammad Hassan Allawi, and the measure of achievement motivation for the work done Arabized Saad Khadr, the researcher concluded that there is an inverse relationship is negative statistically significant between the dimensions of a measure concerns the future and the measure of self-esteem to coach sports, and the existence of an inverse relationship negative function Ahsaiba between the dimensions of a measure concerns the future and the measure of achievement motivation in the dimensions of (emotional aspects - physical aspects - aspects of life -pessimistic and negative thinking for the future), while no positive correlation between relational measure of achievement motivation and the measure of concern in the future after (optimism and positive thinking for the future)
