520 |b This study is by one of the prominent imams, Al-Hafiz Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Ali bin Al-Jaroud Al-Nisaburi (neighboring Makkah, and the deceased in Mecca, where he left us a great legacy of knowledge Diversity in the arts of hadith knowledgeable and narration, and Ibn Al-Jaroud excelled in dis¬tinguishing between narrators and ruling on them. Al -Hafiz Ibn Al -Jaroud was interested in these class of narrators and classified in that his weak book that did not reach us, and we do not know the way his book was arranged, but the large number of quotations in the stomachs of the books indicates the intensity of the scholars ’care for this book. Perhaps this book was in the hands of Al -Hafiz Ibn Hajar, as he quoted him most in Tahdheeb al-Tahdheeb, and among those sayings is what he quoted in the translation of (Ali bin Alqamah Al-Anmari) by saying: Ibn Al-Jaroud mentioned it in Al-Da’eefah according to Al-Bukhari as usual, and here two questions come to mind, the first: Are most of the rulings of Ibn al-Jaroud not independent, and that he followed in those rulings to those who preceded him among the imams of al -Jarh and al -Ta’idil? And the second: Are the rulings of Ibn Al -Jaroud compatible with the rest of the critics, or are they different? I thought it was imperative for me to study the narrators whom Ibn al -Jarroud weakened through this book Tahdheeb al-Tahdheeb by Ibn Hajar, and compare it with the sayings of other imams, and he mentioned the most correct saying in each of the narrators, and the warning about the con¬tradiction or approval of Ibn al -Jaroud to other scholars, and the research came under the title: (The narrators who were weak by Ibn Al -Jaroud and mentioned by Ibn Hajar in Tahdheeb Al -Tahdheeb / A Comparative Study). One of the objectives of this research was to know the rank of Ibn Al -Jaroud among the scholars, and to clarify his statements and the extent of his knowledge of men, his criticism and so on. The research included an introduction, three demands, and a conclusion.
