|a يعد مبحث التقديم والتأخير، من أهم المباحث البلاغية التي لاقت عناية واهتماما بالدراسة قديما وحديثا، وأنا في هذا البحث مزجت بين ما كتبه المتأخرون وطبقته على ما كتبه المتقدمون، وقد اخترت مدونة من منطقة طالما وصفت بأنها لم تعن كثيرا بالجانب البلاغي، وهذه المدونة هي تفسير ابن عطية الأندلسي، الذي يعد من أعمدة التفاسير الأندلسية، ويهدف البحث إلى استخراج مواطن التقديم والتأخير من هذا السفر العظيم، مع ذكر دلالة ذلك عند مؤلفه، ويهدف البحث أيضا إلى الوقوف على درجة تمكن ابن عطية من علم البلاغة، وهل درس هذا المبحث من منظور بلاغي أم نحوي؟، وقد سلكت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لأنه أوفى بالدراسة، وقد خرجت من خلالها على أن ما ينقل عن التفاسير الأندلسية من عدم الاهتمام بالجوانب البلاغية، صحيح نوعا ما في بعض الجوانب.

|b Out of all rhetoric topics the advance and delay have received attention and interest in studying, in the past and in recent times. In this research, I mixed what was written by later scholars and applied it to what was written by the earlier scholars I chose a blog from the region that it has always described as not being very concerned with the rhetorical aspect, This blog is the interpretation of Ibn Atiyah Al-Andalusi Which is one of the most important Andalusian explanation of the Holy Qur'an, This study aims to treat the situations of advance and delay in this great blog with the indication of its meaning The research also aims to stand on the degree to which Ibn Atiyah was able to reach in rhetoric, and if this topic has studied from a rhetorical or grammatical perspective? I used the descriptive and analytical method because it is more worthy, and I came out through it that what is transmitted from Andalusian explanations- of the Holy Qur'an- as the lack of interest in the rhetorical aspects is correct in some way.
