المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التأثير المباشر وغير المباشر بين الاتزان الانفعالي (كمتغير وسيط) والصمود النفسي (كمتغير مستقل) ودافعية الإنجاز كمتغير تابع لدى عينة من الأطباء والممرضين بالمستشفى الجامعي بأسيوط والتعرف على مدى اختلاف الاتزان الانفعالي باختلاف محل الإقامة (ريف- حضر) والمؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس تمريض- بكالوريوس طب دراسات عليا) والتفاعل بينهما وكذلك الصمود النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز بتطبيق مقاييس للصمود النفسي والاتزان الانفعالي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة (٢٠٠) من الأطباء والممرضين بالمستشفى الجامعي بأسيوط واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المقارن ومجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية (التحليل العاملي التوكيدي- تحليل المسار باستخدام الأموس IBM "SPSS" Amos v20 - تحليل التباين) وأظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير إيجابي ودال إحصائيا بين الاتزان الانفعالي وكل من دافعية الإنجاز والطموح وسلوك الإنجاز بينما لا يتأثر متغير الاتزان الانفعالي بمتغير محل الإقامة والمؤهل العلمي ولكن تأثر المواجهة الانفعالية فقط بمحل الإقامة، بل تأثرت الدافعية بكل من متغيري (محل لإقامة والمؤهل العلمي) لا يتأثر الصمود النفسي بكل متغير من متغيري (محل الإقامة والمؤهل العلمي).

The study aimed to identify the direct and indirect effect between emotional Stability (as a mediator variable), psychological resilience (as an independent variable) and achievement motivation as a dependent variable for a sample of doctors and nurses at the University Hospital in Assiut, And to identify how the emotional Stability differs according to the place of residence (Rural- urban) and scientific qualification (Bachelor of Nursing - Bachelor of Medicine - Postgraduate Studies) and the interaction between them, as well as the psychological resilience and achievement motivation. Measures of psychological resilience, emotional Stability and achievement motivation were applied to a sample of (200) doctors and nurses in the University Hospital in Assiut Governorate, The researcher used the descriptive comparative method and a package of statistical analyzes (confirmatory factor analysis - path analysis using IBM "Spss" Amos v20 - analysis of variance). The results showed a positive and statistically significant effect between emotional STABILITY and both achievement motivation, ambition and achievement behavior, while the emotional STABILITY variable was not affected by the variable of residence and educational qualification, but emotional confrontation was affected only by the place of residence. And that the motivation is affected by both the variables of residence and academic qualification, but the psychological resilience is not affected by each variable of the two variables of residence and educational qualification.
