المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة إدارة الجامعة الإسلامية لأساليب إدارة الأزمات خلال جائحة كوفيد 19 وعلاقتها بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، والتي طبقت على أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدم الباحث العينة العشوائية البسيطة عند تطبيق الدراسة، وتم استخدام المقاييس الإحصائية التالية: المتوسطات الحسابية والانحراف المعياري ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لقياس الصدق ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ لقياس ثبات الاستبانة، اختبار (كولمجروف سميرونوف) (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test) للتأكد من اعتدالية منحنى البيانات، اختبار كروسكال واليس (Kruskal Wallis). وقد توصلت الدراسة لنتائج أبرزها ما يلي: أن إدارة الجامعة الإسلامية مارست خلال جائحة كوفيد 19 أسلوب الموجه كأحد أساليب إدارة الأزمة بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي 3.68، وأسلوب الاحتواء بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي 3.48، وأسلوب التعاون بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي 3.33، وأسلوب الهروب من مواجهة الأزمة، ومارست إدارة الجامعة الإسلامية التخطيط الاستراتيجي بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي عام 3.64، وذلك في جميع عملياته الثلاث: (عمليات ما قبل الخطة الاستراتيجية، عمليات إعداد الخطة الاستراتيجية وبنائها، عمليات ما بعد الخطة الاستراتيجية: المتابعة والتقويم)، وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات عينة الدراسة نحو محاورها تعزى لمتغيرات.

This study aims to identify the level of the Islamic University management's practices of crisis management methods during Covid-19 pandemic, and its interrelation with the strategic planning. The researcher used the descriptive, analytical method and the questionnaires as a tool for the study. The sample of the study composed of the faculty members at the Islamic University of Madinah, the researcher used the simple random sample when applying the study. The following statistical measures were used: arithmetic means, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient to measure the validity, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient is used to measure the stability of the questionnaire, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to ensure the equilibrium of the data curve, Kruskal Wallis test which is a non-parametric test, is used as an alternative to the single-test analysis of variance due to the presence of variance in the distribution of the study sample groups according to their functional variables. The main results of the study: During Covid-19 pandemic, Management of the Islamic University used the confrontation method as one of the methods of crisis management with a high degree, with an average of 3.68. Also, the containment method with a high degree with an arithmetic mean of 3.48, and the cooperation method with a medium degree with a mean of 3.33 and escaping from facing the crisis method. Moreover, the management of the Islamic University used strategic planning to a high degree, with an arithmetic mean of 3.64, that in all its three operations (pre-strategic plan operations, strategic plan preparation and construction processes, post-strategic plan operations: follow-up and evaluation). It shows that there were no statistically significant differences in the study sample's answers towards its axes due to the study variables, and it shows also that there is an inverse relationship with statistical significance between the degree of the Islamic University management’s use of the escape method as one of the crisis management methods and the degree of its use of all strategic planning processes. Moreover, it was found that there is a direct relationship of statistical significance between the degree of the Islamic University management’s use of methods of (confrontation, containment and cooperation) crisis management and the degree of its use of all strategic planning processes.
