المستخلص: موضوع هذه الدراسة هو إحدى الشبهات التي تجابهما السنة النبوية في الراهن، وهي القراءة التاريخانية لها، وقد توزعت هذه الدراسة على ثلاثة محاور أساسية، أحدها القراءة التاريخانية: المفهوم والتأسيس، إذ تم فيه التعريف بالتاريخانية بصفتها مفهوماً حداثياً ثم التعريف بالسنة النبوية، ثم مبررات القول بتاريخانية السنة النبوية. والمحور الثاني تعلق بتطبيقات التاريخانيين على السنة النبوية، إذ تم التركيز على مسألة التدوين بصفته فعلاً تاريخياً بنى عليه الحداثيون القول بتاريخانية السنة النبوية ونفي علاقتها بالوحي، والجانب الثاني وهو مسألة الفاعلية أو الحجية التي نفتها القراءة التاريخانية بناءً على تحليل ظاهرة الوحي من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية على تفكيك الدرس الحديثي. أما المحور الثالث فهو مقاربة نقدية تمت فيه متابعة القراءة التاريخانية للسنة النبوية من الناحيتين المنهجية والمعرفية بما يبين تهافت هذه القراءة.

The subject of this study pertains to one of the challenges confronting the Sunnah of the Prophet nowadays; namely historicist readings of it. The study is divided into three main parts. The first part addresses the historicist reading, including the concept and its foundation. In this regard, historicism is defined as a modernist concept. The first part also defines the Sunnah of the Prophet and discusses the justifications for claiming that the Prophet's Sunnah is historicized in nature. The second part concerns the applications of the historicist approach to the Sunnah of the Prophet, including the historicist focus on the issue of the documentation of the Sunnah as a historical act, upon which the modernists built their claim about the historicity of the Sunnah, and their denial of its relationship to revelation. This part also discusses the question of agency or authenticity, denied by the historicist reading on the basis of an analysis of the phenomenon of revelation on the one hand, and on the deconstructing the hadith discourse, on the other. Lastly, the third part is a critical approach to the historicist reading of the Sunnah, examining it methodologically and cognitively, in a way that shows the faulty nature of this reading.
