|b Financial transactions have been expanded to cover all possible aspects of practices، including Islamic financial transactions. This study came to show the most important differences revealed by the rules from traditional financial transactions. And to highlight the most important aspects through which to compete the traditional financial and banking system. The result is that Islamic financial innovation through the Islamic jurisprudence of financial transactions aims to meet the needs of individuals more generally than profit.
