المستخلص: تعد مسألة توقيفية ترتيب سور القرآن الكريم من توفيقيته من المسائل التي تشهد رواجاً كبيراً وجدلاً عميقاً في ميدان الدراسات القرآنية؛ بحثاً عن المعايير التي اعتبرت في ترتيب سور القرآن الكريم؟. ومن خلاله تولدت فكرة بعث ترتيب سور القرآن الكريم وفق معايير معينة، خاصة من قبل الحداثيين الذين رأوا أن الترتيب الحالي للقرآن الكريم ترتيب فوضوي بعيد كل البعد عن حسن النظم وجودة الربط الذي تقتضيه البلاغة العربية0 وأمام هذا الهجوم على ترتيب القرآن والدعاوى المغرضة للحط من قداسة القرآن الكريم شمّر المسلمون عن سواعدهم في سبيل الذب عن كتاب الله؛ فالتمسوا الأسرار في اقتران أجزاء القرآن الكريم ببعضها البعض من خلال علم عرف بـ "علم المناسبات"، والذي من بين مباحثه بيان أسرار اقتران سور القرآن الكريم ببعضها البعض وفق الترتيب التي هي عليه في المصحف0 فجاء مقالي هذا اجتهاداً خاصاً في التفتيش عن أسرار اقتران سورتين من سور القرآن الكريم ببعضهما البعض؛ ألا وهما سورتي "الفجر" و"البلد" ؛ إذ وجدت بينهما تقاطعا واضحاً وتناغما لطيفاً في موضوعاتهما من حيث: تقرير الإلهيات والنبوات والمعاد، وكلها معاني عقدية جاء القرآن المكي خصوصاً يرمي إلى ترسيخها في قلب الإنسان.

The issue of arranging the surahs of the Qur’an is dependent on a legal text or the diligence of the companions of Muhammad, the Messenger of God is one of the issues witnessing great popularity and deep debate in the field of Quranic studies. In search of the criteria that were considered in the arrangement of the surahs of the Holy Quran? It was through him that the idea of resurrecting the arrangement of the Holy Qur’an was generated according to certain criteria, especially by modernists who saw that the current arrangement of the Holy Qur’an is an anarchic arrangement far from the good systems and quality of the link required by Arabic rhetoric And in the face of this attack on the arrangement of the Qur’an and the malicious suits to degrade the holiness of the holy Qur’an, Muslims didn’t stay like this ,they defended the book of god so They sought the secrets in the conjunction of the parts of the Holy Qur’an with each other through a science known as “the science of occasions”, which among its topics explains the secrets of associating the Holy Qur’an surahs with one another according to the order in which it is in the Qur’an. So my article came with a special diligence in searching for the secrets of conjoining two surahs of the Holy Qur’an with each other, namely the two “alfadjer” and “albalad” surahs. where I found between them a clear intersection and pleasant harmony in their subjects in terms of: proving of al’iilahiaat, an, alnabu’at and almaead all of them are nodal meanings, the Meccan Qur’an came, in particular, aimed at establishing them in the human heart.
