|a لقد تعددت الخلافات والآراء في مسائل العقيدة داخل المذهب الإباضي، وبخاصة ما تعلق بالأصول الكبرى التي قام عليها المذهب مثل مسألة الإمامة، والولاء والبراء؛ ومن أول الخلافات التي سجلتها المصادر الإباضية مسألة الحارث وعبد الجبار- توفيا بين 131/ 748م-، التي تطورت لتصبح خلافا نظريا كثر فيه الكلام. والمسألة كما عرفها الشماخي هي: "أن يقتتل رجلان من أهل الولاية، فيقتل كل واحد صاحبه، ولا يدري الظالم والباغي من المبغي عليه"، وقد أثير هذا الخلاف في مراحل مختلفة، بداية من مقتلهما سنة 131ه/ 748م، في خلافة إسماعيل بن زياد النفوسي (132ه/ 739م) الذي تولى الإمامة في طرابلس بعد مقتلهما، وكذا في مرحلة ولاية أبي الخطاب سنة 140ه/ 758م، وأيضا خلال القرن الرابع والخامس الهجري، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنتحدث عن ظهور الحارث وعبدالجبار على مسرح الأحداث، ثم الخلاف الذي حصل بعد مقتلهما، وأهم ما قاله علماء المذهب حول المسألة.

|b Numerous differences and opinions on questions of belief abounded within the Ibadi school, touching in particular the great principles on which the doctrine was based, such as the question of imamate, loyalty and innocence, and one of the first discrepancies recorded by Ibadi sources is that of Al-Harith and Abdul-Jabbar (m. between 131/748), which became a theoretical controversy in which there was much discussion. The question, as stated by Al Shammakhy, says that: "If two men from the same region kill each other and both die for lack of evidence, who is the killer of the murdered man?" ". A controversy which was raised during several stages of succession after their death (m. Between 131/748), in the succession of Ismail Bin Ziyad Al-Nafousi (132/739) who ensured the imamate in Tripoli, during the period of Abi Al Khattab in the year (140/758), as well as during the 4th and 5th centuries last. In this study, we will stage the two characters of Al-Harith and Abdul-Jabbar, then the dispute that took place after their death, and what scholars have said about it.
