هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وصف وتحليل وتشخيص واقع خصخصة التعليم الجامعي في الأردن من وجهة نظر الهيئتين التدريسية والإدارية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم مقياس أشتمل على (64) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث محاور هي: المبررات إلى خصخصة التعليم الجامعي والاحتياجات التعليمية المتوقعة أن تلبيها خصخصة التعليم الجامعي والمشكلات المنبثقة عن تطبيق نظام الخصخصة في التعليم الجامعي. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج الآتية: - إن مجال خصخصة التعليم الجامعي في الأردن، ومجال احتياجات التعليم الجامعي في الأردن المتوقع أن تلبيها الخصخصة، احتلتا الرتبة الأولى والثانية من مجالات القياس الدراسة كما عبر عنها جل أفراد عينة الدراسة. - حصلت فقرة تزايد الطلب على التعليم الجامعي من مجال مبررات خصخصة التعليم الجامعي في الأردن على المرتبة الأولى كما عبر عنها أفراد عينة الدراسة. - أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة على مقياس الدراسة واقع خصخصة التعليم الجامعي في الأردن من وجهة نظر الهيئتين التدريسية والإدارية يمكن أن تعزي إلى متغير الجامعة وطبيعة الخبرة العملية، وظهرت فروق دالة إحصائياً ترتبط بالرتبة الأكاديمية لصالح الرتبة الأكاديمية أستاذ. وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات التي تدعم خصخصة التعليم الجامعي في الأردن، وأهمها استمرار إشراف الدولة على الجامعات الخاصة، وتطبيق معايير الأداء الجامعي، حتى تضمن أنها تقدم تعليماً مميزاً يخدم الطلبة والمجتمع، وضرورة ارتباط التخصصات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الخاصة في الأردن مع واقع سوق العمل واحتياجات التنمية. \
This study aimed to describe, analyze and diagnose The status of privatization of university education in Jordan, From both Faculty and administrative bodies points of view, And to achieve the objective of the study, the research designed a scale includes (64) items distributed on three axes : justifications for the privatization of university education. Educational needs that expected to achieve by privatization of university education. And problems arising from applying of privatization of university education . The study gave the following results : • Justifications for the privatization of university education in Jordan, And the needs of university education in Jordan is expected to be addressed by privatization, outstand the first and the second rank on the scale fieids of study as expressed by most members of the study sample. • The paragraph of "Increasing demand for university education" from "justifications for the privatization of university education in Jordan" field of the study achieved the first place as expressed by members of the study sample. • The result showed that there was no statistically significant differences between respondents on the scale of the study, and that the status of university education privatization in Jordan from the perspective of faculty and administrative bodies can be attributed to the variable of university, the variable of the nature of the work and the variable of practical experience, and there were statistically differences associated with academic rank. Depending on the study results the researcher offered number of recommendations that support the privatization of university education in Jordan, The most important are: the continuity of government supervision on the private universities, applying the university performance criteria to ensure that these university an excellent education that serve both students and community and the need to link academic disciplines in private universities in Jordan with the labor market and development needs. \
