|a يتكلم البحث في مجمله عن دور من أدوار الرياضة بصفتها ذات تأثير كبير على المجتمع، ويكمن هدف دراستنا معرفة هذا الأثر من خلال مبادئها وقيمها في تنمية المواطنة وكذا المساهمة في فتح باب جديد للعلم والمعرفة في هذا المجال وفتح آفاق جديدة مستقبلا للتطرق لموضوعنا، واتبعنا المنهج الوصفي بصفته الأنسب لمثل هذه البحوث، وتمثل مجتمع بحثنا في منخرطي دور الشباب لولايتي الجلفة والمسيلة والذي قدر بــــ 3000 منخرط (2000 بولاية المسيلة، 1000 بولاية الجلفة) وبلغت العينة 303 (203 بالمسيلة و100 بالجلفة)، واستعملنا كأداة بحث الاستبيان الذي قسمناه إلى أربعة محاور كل 10 أسئلة تخدم فرضية بالترتيب وجاءت نتائجنا أن تحققت فرضياته وبالتالي فإن البرامج الرياضية لدور الشباب لها دور في تنمية المواطنة الصالحة.

|b The research generally talks about one of the sport roles as having a big influence on the society. The aim of our research is investigate and to know this impact through its principles and values to develop good citizenship .in addition the contribution of sport in opening new doors of knowledge in this field also offering new future vistas .i followed the descriptive method because i think it is the most convenient and suitable I have selected 3000 youths wer engaged in the youth center of djelfa msila as a sample we have selected only 303 participants as a method gather information for tis research .i used the survey in which we divided it into 4 categories each ten questions orderly serve a hypo thesis. the result were successful and valid therefore the youth center programs have great effect in the development of good citizenship.
